GoogleI registered to bid which is a process itself and a month later you must do it again. For a company that boasts about monthly record sales numbers why can’t they spend a few hundred just to add a login feature to record all these details. When I call them they state we will do it soon but it’s been over a year and still same daunting process of registering every month. I’ve stopped using these lot as they only care about their profits...! If IAMSOLD LTD, can do it so can you..!

GoogleAm very disappointed that such company (bond wolfe) supports fraudulent saller. They allow fake sellers to sale non existing property and get away with it. We won property (65 Buchanan road DN21 5XT) and the seller was 007 Properties limited and the seller rescinded on the last day, and took our 5k deposit and no where to be seen. Now we searching for Mr 007 properties limited and real name Neil Alan as stated in company house. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. 5star is fake. Stay away

GooglePersonally speaking, I was put off a few months ago after reading a number of their legal packs for each property. The fact that additional amounts are written in such a way that it is easy to overlook. This totally deterred me as I took a loan on my house especially to purchase another property. It's absolutely scary that if it's your first time purchasing a property through auction that they can destroy your confidence, and actually destroy your life as some people do use some of their life savings to try & get on the property ladder or to earn by purchasing an investment property. I have given them 3 stars as yet, because I am still considering to purchasing through them, but need to a lot clarifying about some these of bad reviews for hidden costs, bids ending up higher after hammer price, people getting stung trying to get refunds, legal packs changing with extra costs after auction finish. I still have this gut feeling that the management cannot be this sinister, & I am ready to take a dive to start bidding in their next auction, but I will need to speak with them extensively before I commit myself. If for any reason I experience what other dissatisfied buyers have, then I am afraid I will have to come back here immediately to give a bad review, and possibly report to trading standards.

Hi John, There can often be costs associated with an auction purchase (as is the case for most auctioneers across the Country) and these are added to the legal pack by the solicitor, on instruction from the vendor. We do not prepare the legal packs, and these charges are not associated with ourselves. Buying at auction is open and transparent, the legal packs are available for you to read prior to bidding at auction and to obtain legal advice as part of your pre-auction due diligence. GoogleWhen I looked around the houses I was greeted well by the young man showing everyone around. I got home and scrolled through the legal pack and found a number of hidden costs which were tucked away (I assume on purpose). These are hidden to catch vulnerable buyers out. It's immoral and disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid.

These are the seller’s costs added by their Solicitor and it is quite normal for auction lots to include additional costs, which is the same for most auctioneers across the country. The costs are clearly stated in the special conditions of sale which are available to download free of charge from our website, read at our office or in the auction room. GoogleThe hidden fees are outrageous. Please read the legal pack carefully or get a solicitor to double check everything with you. Don't get stung by these guys, they're sneaky and are pros at what they do and what they do is scam innocent people trying to get on the housing market.

Our guide prices are a true reflection of the reserve price, being the minimum price a property can sell for on the auction day. The reserve price is ALWAYS within 10% of the guide price and it can therefore sell at any price above that figure. I’ve known and worked with many of the team for over a decade and they are the best auction team in the midlands by some distance. Keep doing what you are doing and ignore the hate.

GoogleTelephone service is RIDICULOUS!!! When it got to the property I wanted to bid for the guy didn’t call and when I called to enquire why, the guy said he couldn’t connect with my phone, which can’t be because my sister had just called me 5 minutes before and my phone was definitely on. A second number was given and the guy didn’t bother to call the alternative number, so I didn’t even get to bid. TERRIBLE! I’m absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied.

GoogleStay away from here, they change the auction pack after sale. To add in an £8000 buyers premium. Also when called before the auction to check for other fees. They will say there is only £6440 payment. Of which £5000 is a deposit. There will be no other fees or charges to pay this is a lie. All their properties have buyers premium. Which they hide before the sale. Then you get slammed with a huge bill. Just before completion. Stay away!! Go to SDL or another reputable Honest auction.

GoogleFirst and foremost, I never leave a review, however I have to make an exception for Bond Wolfe Auctions as they deserve recognition for their great work. My company has been a client of BWA since 2020. Being a property investor from London the team really do make it easy for me. I have been buying and selling property for almost 10 years. I deal with Jonathan Hackett for my auction appraisals who provides down to earth and honest advice. Unlike other estate agents / auction houses he turns up on time and is never late for an appointment. Furthermore, his knowledge on what your house could achieve on the day is also accurate. Please note that estate agents and other auction houses I have gone to in the past give unrealistic and let’s say completely off the scale figures just to win the business. For the day to day running and updates on my entered LOT(s) Perm and Lily are always on hand and are a pleasure to deal with. Both are very professional and call back instantly if I cannot reach them. I fully appreciate BWA adapted to Covid-19 quickly as the marketing of the property is without doubt one of the best as you have a virtual tour of the property available for any prospective buyer. Most estate agents and even other auction houses use a mobile phone and upload the video (rubbish quality) to YouTube. Bond Wolfe Auctions really are miles ahead of any of the competition. I would not hesitate if you have a property to sell to choose BWA. The service, marketing and results will not be beaten.
