GoogleExcellent stores I booked the store online for free for more than two weeks, then I went to the office and signed the contract with them I chose a 20ft space and it turned out to be larger than my stuff There is a discount for students After signing the contract, it is possible to enter the store through the external elevators with a password, and the floor where the store is located opens directly, and it is important that you have a lock or the same administration provides it at a nominal price. Deductions are made on a monthly basis

GoogleI have checked in with Paul and he was super helpful and quick. He understood my need and he went above and beyond to assist me. Great service, well done. Unfortunately the loading area was not the best because people are not polite and they left their trolleys everywhere but as soon Paul was free he cleared the area

Been a customer for a good few years now, still hand on heart i can honestly say Luke store manager has always been very supportive and very helpful. Service has been top drawer always getting a phone call or a text when my deliveries arrive i could not ask for more, i feel safe and secure at big yellow. If anyone is thinking of looking for storage for long or short term look no further its a clean environment and your personal belongings will be safe always and staff are great! thank you Luke for everything you have done all your help and great advice.

Amazing place would highly recommend been a customer for many years, Luke and Paul are very supportive and helpful. Always on hand to help any possible way they can forklift is always on hand at a moments notice for any heavy loads, Even coffee if you Ever feel the urgent need for a quick boost. Clean warm friendly atmosphere great place very happy with my choice. Used access self storage which is based on Sherlock st corner of bishop st. Based in digbeth Would NOT recommend at all reasons being a lot of rats due to milk being stored on site, which is stated on the policy no food items to keep in storage but unfortunately this is not the case. Manager Mike is very unhelpful and stubborn not helpful and especially if you are expecting any deliveries there is always an issue, forklift truck is not available or one on reception but your the one that suffers at there expense.

If anyone is thinking of looking for a storage place which is clean and very reasonable in price, pleaseDon’t look any further yellow self storage is all that and more. Great manager Luke is very understanding and always on hand to help nothing to big or small his amazing. Been using storage for many years best I have come across yet, very clean and great facilities. All my deliveries are kept safe, witch gives me great confidence in planning my work. Thank you.
