GoogleI have been trying to get a re-view on a property since 9ish this morning to be passed from pillar to post ? My partners daughter has called several times and My partner also called to be told its under offer ? I call back to ask why no one has come back to me for my request for a re-view. I Question the property being under offer to be told it is too myself ? Even though I was advised I would need to go higher hence requesting the re-view prior to doing so. The property is vacant and the agent has keys so why can this just not be booked and it is under offer if so to who ? I am disappointed

GoogleIt has to said that the help & assistance I was afforded by the Coleshill office of Bairstow Eves was impeccable. This has been a very difficult and challenging chapter of my life,but with the help.understanding and compassion from ALL of the staff in Coleshill ,it has made the reluctant sale of our house a hassle free and smooth operation. A particular big thank you must go to the branch manger Ms Laura Smith who's input and effort (and chocolates) was priceless...

GoogleI highly recommend Bairstow Eves Coleshill. We received a good offer for our property within days of it being advertised - an offer which we accepted. The viewings were scheduled to suit us and were conducted professionally by Sam. The chain was a large one with a number of complexities, but the team at Bairstow Eves were absolutely relentless in ensuring that our sale progressed and exchanged (thanks to both Laura and Sam). Money well spent.
