Salma has been amazing throughout the whole process of my house purchase. I finally found a house I had fallen in love with. I called Salma and arranged a viewing with her that same day. The next day I made an offer in which she helped negotiate a price the seller agreed on. As a first time buyer, I was unsure of how the proceedings of a house purchase work, and nervous about having to make decisions but Salma explained everything throughly so I could easily understand and kept me updated through the whole process. She went above and beyond to achieve the completion date for me and the seller. I couldn't recommend her or her team more for their help in me buying my dream home. Thank you so much.

Really happy with service I recieved from Sam, always available to help me with the solicitors. At the last minute before exchange I was required to sign a document with it being so close to an exchange, Sam attended my property at 9.30pm that evening to obtain my signature and sent it back to my solicitor the next morning. honestly without Sam doing this for me we would not have exchanged and I would not be in my new home now. so I can't thank her enough. Used Bairstow eves for our sale in 2019 and all went swimmingly so seemed the obvious choice when Dad decided to sell... From the initial call to arrange a valuation carried out by Karen, the follow up visit by David to answer a few question for Dad, the professional photographer who took the perfect pictures, Sam who undertook to attend all of the viewings and always informed us of who would be visiting and when and shared any feedback provided by prospective buyers, not forgetting the odd visit to the office to get papers signed and sent of to solicitors etc all the way through to the accepted offer, the sale and COMPLETION!!! Cannot recommend Bairstow Eves Coleshill highly enough. From the outset they have been professional, helpful and kept us fully informed with their great communication. Ours was a long and very stressful chain and our sale & associated purchase really went to the wire. Sam picked up our case when suddenly our puchase was at high risk of failing due to issues at both ends of the chain while her manager was on leave. It was down to her tenacity and dogged determination to keep the chain complete that she thankfully achieved exchange at the 11th hour. We will be eternally grateful.

The sale of my property completes on Wednesday 31 March 2021. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Salma Zahur at your Coleshill Branch. My sale didn’t go as smoothly as it should have, and I almost gave up snd pulled it from the market. Sam (Salma) however convinced me to stick with it and re market....she kept me sane, listened to my concerns and always made the effort to find solutions and get answers where she could. She always called me back with updates even when there may have not been any good news or progression. Her diligence kept me on track and I truly believe she wanted me to complete my sale, not only for the commission for the agency but because she wanted me to reach a happy conclusion. Sam is an assets to your company, and I hope she gains recognition for her caring attitude to me as a client and by constantly displaying due diligence. If you operate an employee reward scheme, then she has my vote ten fold. She definitely deserves recognition.
