GoogleDavid Lockwood supported by Karen and Sam really made sure that our transaction was completed in a very professional manner. They kept matters moving forward and were constantly engaged with all the chain so that issues were dealt with sympathetically and in a timely manner. We got there and I am sure the whole chain appreciates the efforts of David and his team. Well done, we highly recommend this branch of Barstow Eves.

GoogleI've been enquiring about a few properties and the level of care, information and support provided by Sam has been truly incredible. She goes the extra mile and appreciates the needs of her clients. Not only does she hold strong knowledge about the industry but she is extremely friendly and helpful too. I've had my fair share of experiences of estate agents and very few come close to the service provided by Sam. If your looking for an estate agent who you can trust then look no further than Sam at Bairstow Eves, Coleshill.
I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much, AdilPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe sale of my property completes on Wednesday 31 March 2021. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Salma Zahur at your Coleshill Branch. My sale didn’t go as smoothly as it should have, and I almost gave up snd pulled it from the market. Sam (Salma) however convinced me to stick with it and re market....she kept me sane, listened to my concerns and always made the effort to find solutions and get answers where she could. She always called me back with updates even when there may have not been any good news or progression. Her diligence kept me on track and I truly believe she wanted me to complete my sale, not only for the commission for the agency but because she wanted me to reach a happy conclusion. Sam is an assets to your company, and I hope she gains recognition for her caring attitude to me as a client and by constantly displaying due diligence. If you operate an employee reward scheme, then she has my vote ten fold. She definitely deserves recognition. As an ex business owner I would have been delighted that someone recognised and complimented a member of the team. Most are too quick to complain...,I believe in giving praise when a service is exceptional. Sam delivered 👍.

GoogleI cannot recommend Bairstow Eves in Coleshill highly enough, inparticular the manager David. Over the several months I dealt with David he was exceptional. He was literally the only person throughout the whole process who would do as promised, keep me consistently updated, explain things clearly and openly as well as went above and beyond where ever he could to help. Extremely grateful to him. Thank you David.
