GoogleI was able to get in touch with them and arrange for a virtual viewing even though I was not in the country. All the paperwork was seamlessly carried out online. Dear Sreejith We were instructed on a 'Let Only' basis on your property and unfortunately cannot be held responsible for your landlords decisions once the contract has started. You requested for certain works to be done at your property and we reiterated this to your landlord but as we were not instructed to manage it, this would be down to your landlord to deal with once you had moved in.
