GoogleOf all the landlords I have rented from over the years, AH Field are the most professional, considerate and supportive I have ever dealt with. The staff are always friendly and polite, and react quickly to any repairs I have reported. Their contractors are also very professional and thorough, and have never let me down. GoogleIf there was a no star option i would put one...absoloutely disgraceful company... rip off Britain contenders...wouldnt put a dog in one of these properties! Mould... terrible tenants and disgraceful staff ...5 years of loyal tenancy to be told I'm not eligible for my deposit... once mentioned i would be taking legal action I was given my money bit the lengths I had to go to was ridiculous avoid at all measure!

GoogleFor about 3-4 months I have been living in an AH Field property and my experience was great. The lady who welcomed us was nice, polite and friendly. She explained every important detail and gave me the necessary time to decide on the flat. Highly recommend. :)

GoogleLovely company i had a pleasure stay end to end process from tenancy start till the end of tenancy it was great. Property cordinator/rep rose is lovely lady and understanding. We had spend around one n half year no complaints at all Happy stay! Totally recommend them.

GoogleToo bad one star is not an option!! Worst agency you can possibly end up with! Never available outside of office hours, take ages to reply with zero genuine interest in customers queries, customer care is awful with no empathy whatsoever.. avoid

GoogleThis company cannot be trusted, they fob you off and then make excuses that you do not meet their criteria when they have already informed you that you do. Absolute disgrace when you are looking for a forever home. There must surely be a law to protect you against these people, outrageous behaviour, I only hope they can sleep at night.

GoogleBest company I've rented a property off and I've rented alot of different places within the last 20 years,if any problems occur in your accommodation they send there maintenance guys round to sort it very quickly ,I've got no complaints

GoogleThis is the second property I have rented through this company and both experiences have been amazing. Any issues, no matter how small, they send out the maintenance team to rectify. The properties are spacious and lovely to live in.

GoogleHave been renting with them for almost a year now. From the first-day viewing visit till today, they have been thoroughly professional. Any issues we faced, like water leaking, furniture or gas stove breakdown, were quickly and efficiently resolved.

GoogleNeither good nor professional ! Disappointing customer service. Pictures of properties advertised online are of the exterior only hence, to have an idea of the property from the inside you have no option but to book a viewing which can take a week.NegativeQuality

GoogleI rented a property with AH Field for two years, and I have nothing but absolute praise for the entire experience. From the start the company were professional and 'human', with any issue I faced being dealt with in a prompt manner without any hassle whatsoever. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

GoogleTerrible service. Agency charging for everything. For maintance you have to wait ages and how they fixing? Using the tape...maybe rent is not expensive but agency is unhelpfull.

GoogleThe dealing was straight forward. Ground floor apartments have threats from mice, which the agency couldnot fix, changed the house because of that.
