GoogleI have been with A H Field for several consecutive years now, and have never needed to contact them with any issues as the properties are very well maintained. However, I need some urgent papers from them recently and this was dealt with really swiftly and efficiently by NIA and the team. Wonderful! Thank you!

GoogleI have never had any issues with the company. They have always been attentive when needed and quick to attend to jobs. Very reliable and understanding in times of needing their help. I had an issue with my washing machine and not long after, my fridge freezer stopped working properly. Within a few days of notifying the issue , Adam and Luke came to have a look at what the problem was. They were very understanding of the situation and within a week they came to replace them all. Sound lads that know how to do their job and engage in a professional manner. They talked highly of the company and set a good example of how people should enter other people’s homes, especially being strangers. Appreciated their help and efforts to make sure I was happy. Loz

GoogleThe entire check in process has been very smooth. Didn't have to travel to an office to collect my keys. Instead they were waiting at the property and gave you a proper welcome. Only downside: the first few days my heating didn't work. After a couple of phone calls and a 4 day wait this was resolved.

GoogleRented through AHField for 3.5 years and ran smoothly and professional from start of tenancy to end, ive rented for over 23 years and defo not had agents as helpful professional and efficient as these guys, any repairs queries always a quick direct response no messing about, will be sad no longer my agents thank you so much for everything and I defo recommend AHField if you find a property with them as they are the best I've come across...😀

GoogleI have been with A H Feld for eleven years now. Whenever I've had a problem, it was usually sorted within a couple of days, sometimes before I got home from work the same day. I was once made unemployed a few years back, so I went into the office to try to sort something out. I spoke with a young lady named Jackie. She was so understanding and together we came up with a solution. I was so relieved. I know that Jackie still works there and I'd like to thank her again for her help and understanding.

GoogleOur experience of AH field properties is very positive from the very start Rose showed us around and explained everything we needed to know and what we had to do. Contacting the office with any inquiries we had about moving was reassuring and positive and helpful. Once we were in they were at the end of the phone with any queries regarding repairs or even just getting the washing machine plumbed in two days later. Repairs all sorted within days of reporting. Would definitely recommend. They look after you. Peace of mind at the end of the day.

GoogleWas very impressed with the highest level of service of AH Field team - from Donna (one of the lettings managers) who showed me the property to the office team who assisted in an efficient manner to create the contract and move in date for me. The property was provided in a clean state and I look forward to living there. I would highly recommend them as a Landlord.

GoogleI've been in an AH Field property for about 6 months now and the entire experience from the initial contact to moving in was extremely smooth. The location was perfect for me and I recommend AH Field to anyone considering contacting them. I don't understand some of the negative reviews because I've found them to be courteous, professional and friendly. When I've needed maintenance help or any general questions, they respond promptly and supportively.

GoogleWe have found renting property from A. H. Field both easy to manage and very transparent throughout our tenancy. The company's contracts and policies are honest and fair. I most especially would like to thank the current Accounts Administrator Andrew Churchill, who noticed and notified us of an ongoing overpayment post tenancy, and was very supportive in clarifying and rectifying it in a speedy fashion - we are very grateful for your service!

GoogleReally impressed with the level of service received so far. The guys at the main office were happy to answer and look into my 100 questions prior to moving and were very kind and understanding. When I moved into the property I had a few issues which were quickly resolved within 24 hours. Great experience so far

GooglePleasant experience so far staying at AH Fields flat. Giving 5 star as yesterday Shawn, the furniture specialist, kindly helped me get a bookcase inside my room. The other day I had clogged sink issue, and it was resolved quickly within that same day free of charge. No issues with communication as well, either by email or phone.

I have been in the property now for over 2 years in Moseley, and they have been nothing but professional, understanding and helpful. In fact, they changed both front doors recently and painted the entire building and cleaned it. The tenant are good and the state of the properties are good.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMy opinion as someone who book a viewing, did the online application, after went there talk about contract, spoke with them and did a deal for a property and now is living in one of the A H Properties, i just can say... Amazing company and great reception at all, i had selling problems when i moved, they send maintenance after 1 day and all sorted. No problems at all, unfortunately i cant express all my feeling but i can say, i'm 100% in love and happy with my property! Thank you all! For the next tenants, always let your opinion because it make difference for them! Cheers!

GoogleVery expensive, rent increases beyond affordability. Don’t paint or clean carpets even tho I requested this several times. I have rented off them for 4 years, did respond to some emergencies which is why I have a star. However when I was asking for copies of tenancy agreeement tried charging me £20 for a document I signed!! Then when I seeked other accommodation had the bare faced nerve to charge me £30 !!!! Avoid , avoid , avoid SIMPLE.

GoogleAbsolutely worst estate agents could give you a list for these extorting experts but I'll leave it not stressing myself out just happy to be out of their property please ask for the tenancy agreement before you put down a deposit if not, wanna back our because of their unreasonable contract well they pocket more than £100 of that but please read that tenancy agreement it will make you think twice about renting from ah fields

GoogleI wont recomanded this agency... becouse of his policy.. she ask for a video call.. and put me " customer" to show her with my passport in my hand and reveal my bank details... to a blank page. And when i ask couple of times to see with how i spoke... she told me she widraw the offer agreed with me.. and bye bye..NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleTried calling, they couldn’t take my call because they were unable to work out how to use their telephony equipment… they could hear me talking but very silently, they couldn’t figure out where the sound was coming from. Instead of saying we will call you back (I could hear them) they put the phone down TWICE. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.

GoogleI have one of the worst experience, especially the lady by name Stephanie is very rude and never saw any letting agent like this as of now.
