Appallingly unprofessional and very rude staff. Persistantly do not return phone calls

The Four Oaks office will not allow reviews on yell.com (conveniently!). I had dealings with Acres Lettings and Acres Estates based in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, and had the worst experience I have ever had with an Estate/Lettings Agent. The attitude and approach by a couple of the staff there, and the Partner of the business, is appalling. I will never have anything to do with them again.Interestingly, if you take a look at 'allagents' website, every review about Acres gives 1/5 and have experienced the same lies and two-faced unprofessional approach as us. It goes on to advise that Acres Estates are ranked position 12392 out of 12552 in the UK (at time of writing)!There are plenty of other Estate/Lettings Agents in Sutton Coldfield (I have had dealings with all of them), and I would strongly recommend using a different one to Sell/Let your property.

Acres Great Barr provided first rate service in selling my mother's house. Realistic pricing and effective advertising quickly led to an offer considerably higher than I had expected, and the staff gave outstanding support at every stage of the process.

Every house for sale has no room sizes or detailed descriptions. So fustrating when you are trying to get an idea of potential. I wouldn’t sell through Acres if this is the way they think houses sell.

So sorry the details you saw did not have the full information. Due to legislation however we are unable to issue full sales details with detailed description on until these have been seen by the owner, and approved. I can only assume that the details you saw were new to the market, and so had not been signed of as yet by the clients.

Used Acres to sell my house, lovely pleasant staff did exactly what they said they would do and managed to sell my house fairly quickly for the full asking price, would happily recommend them to anyone else wanting to sell their house
