Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. In a sale complicated by a poor solicitor, both Alex and Mike were pivotal to completing the sale and ensuring that both parties were fully satisfied. I'd recommend Moovyn without any hesitation.It was my first time using an estate agent of any sort from a sales point of view, and frankly I can't imagine what else you'd get from a "traditional" estate agent. My house was displayed on Rightmove with an excellent set of professional photos, I took the viewings but they were all managed with use of the simple but effective Moovyn website. I had plenty of viewings that came organically from Rightmove but also some additional that the Moovyn team set up with use of existing contacts, which was certainly and added bonus.Once an offer had been placed, the Moovyn team dealt with negotiations on my behalf and that made the whole transaction even more cost effective. Aftersales was absolutely spot on, with regular contact and updates. Many of the hassles came from the aforementioned solicitor issues, but Mike was so diligent and frankly without his assistance I'd have struggled to see how the sale would've completed successfully.The full service, for the price, simply can't be beaten. I'd certainly imagine people pay significantly more elsewhere and still wouldn't receive the same quality of service. Genuine thanks to Alex, Mike and the whole team.

5* for Moovyn, I Will Highly Recommend

The service and support from Alex was excellent throughout the process of selling our home, from the valuation at the beginning along with the support during the sale of our property. The photography was professional and displayed well online with over 20 superb images to view. Alex is very efficient and has been easy to contact via email/mobile or text, he always responded to us when we needed to discuss anything with him. He is very knowledgeable of the area and is aware of the difficulties that can happen along the way when selling a property, which made the whole process less stressful. The advice and guidance was very helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, which was much more than we expected from an online estate agent.The online process is very easy to use and allows you to be in control of the sale, you set the times you are available for viewings and can then view the feedback from potential buyers via your online account. I found the method of selling online straightforward, especially being able to arrange viewings ourselves 24/7, the majority of estate agents are not available after 5pm or on Sunday, but Moovyn allows the vendor and potential buyers to book viewings and communication easily, making the online system seamless.As Moovyn are local online estate agents it has been important that they understand the area and what potential buyers are looking for. Alex has been extremely supportive and understands the issues that arise, especially after our first sale fell through, luckily we sold again within a short period of time, and are now about to exchange contracts.We will highly recommend and definitely use Moovyn again. We did not expect the amount of support we were given being as we only paid £780 inc VAT, which is great value for money. After previously selling via high street estate agents and paying excessive commission costs along with completing all the viewing ourselves, I do think selling via online estate agents is the future and without doubt it makes a difference if the representative is local. A BIG THANK you to Alex and Britt who helped us through the sales progression and chased both solicitors on our behalf.

No communication what-so-ever!!!!!!

Unfortunately, as much as id like to put a great review about Moovyn i can only go by my experience which was extremely poor!!! My first communication with Moovyn was to put in an offer on a house which was communicated to the agent. When the offer was declined, i immediately put in a revised offer....this offer was NOT proposed to the vendor!!! Luckily the vendor contacted myself directly and all negotiations were done without the estate agents. Along with not providing ANY support for the vendor with negotiations, within the 6 weeks it took us to complete the sale, i heard nothing from Moovyn regarding the progress of the sale and chased everything through myself. As an internet agent that "holds your hand" through the progress, i was very disappointed with the lack of, if any, communication with myself and the vendor and would find it hard to recommend in the future to anyoneI dont usually write reviews, but the lack of support from Mooyvn ultimately nearly cost us a lot of money and nearly lost us the house.

Excellent value for money

Alex has been a pleasure to work with and we are pleased with the amount of viewings we've had, resulting in two sales that were unfortunately withdrawn at a later point, due to the buyers' circumstances. Overall we are pleased with the photos and service, but it would have been good to have more detail of our property on the website, so that viewers have a better idea of what to expect. However, for the fee Moovyn charge they are excellent value for money. We would recommend them to prospective vendors.

Because we chose to do our own viewings this reduced the cost to a very reasonable level, half that to what had been quoted by other estate agents. From start to completion I couldn't have been more delighted with the process of working with Alex and the team at Moovyn. After me selling 5 houses previously and being totally disillusioned with high street agents, this Internet experience was a refreshing change. Alex was a dream to work with. Excellent photos and blurb (I've always had a grumble before & ended up doing majority myself!), great communication and my house sold within days. My fiancé also sold thru Moovyn! I've bored anyone who would listen that they should try this new way of estate agent transaction as its more transparent (you can even build up a relationship with your purchasers if you wish - cutting out lengthy delays when there are hiccups occurring - which kept mine and my fiancé's sale moving), thousands of pounds cheaper (for the same service!! ) and the only difference we could see was the communication as, it's better!! I honestly don't think you'd be disappointed with this company, but if at any time you were, then pick up the phone and text/email /chat to the team and I'd be amazed if they didn't sort out your concerns. We can't praise them enough.

Extremely easy to accept viewing details and orchestrate my availability for showing folk around using the Moovyn "user friendly" software. Moovyn A Great, Great On line Estate agency.

Having had our property for sale with Traditional Estate agents for over a year with hardly any viewings, my wife and I decided to give Moovyn an online estate agency a go, and boy are we glad we did. Hardly a day had gone by, and as soon as the property went live, we had 3 viewings appointments and on the 3rd one, we had an offer!!! Alex Furgeson the local agent has been absolutely fantastic, he took very professional and the best ever photographs of our property, the web site presentation was Great!! and our property appeared on Rightmove within a day. We have been so impressed with Moovyn, that we have placed another property that we have, as a Buy to Let investment for sale with them as we are moving away from the area. Again the response has been Great!!, within days we have had a number of viewings and are very hopeful of an offer being made any time soon. I believe that the day of the High Street estate agents are numbered, with there Excessive Commission rates and the fact that you have to keep chasing them for information.Alex and his team at Moovyn, have kept us up to date at every step of the way. Having initially been nervous about using an online estate agent after always previously using high street agents, I can safely say that selling our house through Moovyn was the best decision we could have made! From the very beginning we received better customer service from Moovyn than we had we any of the high street agents we had used in the past, and when you add the fact that they managed to sell our property quicker and charged a fraction of the rate we would have paid then you really are getting value for money.Alex came out to value our property and he wrote the details and took the photographs, he really knows his stuff and made us feel very confident, he has been a pleasure to deal with! Great Service From Start To Finish.

We saw an advert in the local paper for this new online estate agent in Worcester and with a great introductory offer decided to give them a try. We were NOT disappointed.We meet with Alex who was friendly and professional from the outset. He explained how everything would work and that because it is new there might be a few glitches along the way - which there were but nothing major and they were always sorted promptly. The website works brilliantly now!Being able to manage your own sale through the website is great and really simple to do. You can show when you are available for viewings, how the sale is going through feedback and see when you have viewings booked.
