Jessica Poulton did great, she's a very nice, reassuring and knowledgeable person. She's also very professional and meticulous in everything she's doing. She explained us all we needed to know and do very clearly. We had issues in the past with landlords and agents not coming back to us for a very long time, but Jess is replying to our emails very quick, so we're really happy about it and feel safe that if anything happens, we won't be ignored and finding the solution won't be postponed as before. She really did an amazing job with helping us through the process of renting and sorting everything out very quickly and hassle-free. Absolutely amazing agent, I can't recommend her enough, really! Liam really put our minds at rest, we haven’t sold a house in 18 years and I must admit the evening before I was worried about getting the house “photo ready”, no need, Liam was excellent, put our minds at rest and did a great job with the photos, he changed one of the bedroom to one we thought was nicer with no bother. Obviously we are early stages of selling process but so far so good, 100% recommend.

I found the team at APMorgan in Bromsgrove to be very efficient , from arranging a viewing all the way through to buying my new house! Ella showed me around the property and followed up with good communication and regular updates. Lacey has shown us around a property we are interested in twice now and I have to say both times she has been so friendly and welcoming. She was able to answer all our questions and any she was unsure of she assured us someone in the office would be able to help, which they did. Overall, a great service from AP Morgan.
