From start to finish Longbridge branch has gone above and beyond to deliver and fantastic service and take ownship of issues that have arisen on my behalf. I had 5 agents to value my property and Erin was head and shoulders above the rest. Tom's photography made my house look like a showhome and made my property really stand out on rightmove and the description was not generic but accurately reflected my property and its benefits. And Emily in aftersales really fought my corner during a very lengthy sales process, doing far more than her fair share to get the deal over the line. Thanks to the skill, perseverance and kindness from your Longbridge team I am in my dream house. It simply would not have worked out like this without them and I cant thank you all enough.

House Appraisal and Launch! 5⭐️

Great experience dealing with both Matt and Lauren for our house appraisal, valuation, launch appointment and photos through to listing respectively. Matt was friendly and professional and made the whole process easy. He allowed us to take our time with decisions, but was there for any questions. Lauren did a fantastic job at our launch appointment, she was friendly and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went well, and she listened and gave advice throughout!

Sue kept me up to speed with progress on the sale on a fortnightly basis. She was at the 'end of the phone' for any queries I had as the sale process went through and if she didn't immediately know the answer to my query, she called me back once she had found out. A really helpful team

My wife and I attended a viewing in the Redditch region recently. The communication from the team was excellent and we were given clear instructions and plenty of information about the property. On the day Joe was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable demonstrating a clear passion for his work knowing every little detail about the property and really highlighting the strong features of the house without being over the top. His communication afterwards was helpful providing us with regular updates about the property situation and the next steps with regard to placing an offer. Overall a really good experience with a very helpful team in what is often a challenging business where we have often had less than ideal interactions. Thanks Joe!

We had a really positive and great experience viewing a house today. Not only was the house ever so lovely but what really topped it off for us was Ilene - she was just so welcoming and had the most approachable, friendly smile waiting for us at the door! She then gave us a brilliant tour with lots of important facts and notes about the house, storage etc and then also gave us perfect time to look round for ourselves. We did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. Ilene was a credit to have met today and to have supported us with the viewing - she made the experience that extra bit special!

Ilene made myself and my partner feel at ease when looking around this property, being first time buyers and this being the first property we had looked at we didn’t know what to expect. Ilene was very informative about the property but also allowed me and my partner some space to look through each room, without any added pressure. Our first house viewing couldn’t of gone better and part of the reason is down to Ilene being so gentle with us as we took everything in.
