Britt at the Bromsgrove office was amazing! Even though we were the buyers and not the sellers, she kept us updated with the sale progression for the house sales in the chain. She was very on top of chasing solicitors to make sure everyone was ready for our aimed completion date. If there were any issues Britt would be on the ball and sorting them out asap. Very easily contactable as well. If you need an estate agent, Britt is the one you want! We’re now in a house that we love! Thank you so much Britt!From Beth and Ryan

Mark was great at showing us round the property and was really informative. Kirsty was lovely to talk to over the phone, and was really patient while we set up my name on their system. Since then we've had details of several great properties forwarded to us and we were referred to a mortgage adviser. Really impressed by their professionalism and helpfulness.

Was very pleased with the service received overall. Very responsive throughout the sale of the property and the team were easy to contact. The sales team were great in negotiating on our behalf and Ranjit kept us very well informed after the sale was agreed and diligently chased the buyers as required. Reasonably priced so would recommend to others.
