Samantha was fantastic! My property fell through and we had to resell over Christmas which was incredibly stressful and we had some complications at the end too! Samantha kept me informed, responded to my constant questions, reassured us and most importantly treated us like people and not clients. Her customer service is fab and she puts you at ease through one of the most stressful periods. 10/10 to Sam!

She was professional with all aspects of the viewing, and followed up promptly with additional information we requested. I'd say this was the best viewing experience we have had after 50 or 60 viewings over the last few months.
