Excellent customer service from Dan Thompson, normally I’ve found when contacting agents from other websites ie Right Move they don’t get back but Dan got back to me straight away and went out of his way to gather the information I’d asked regarding a property. FacebookAwful from start to finish, they see evicting a tenant (no fault) as; in the words of Chris Griffiths (Director), a ‘transaction’. They haven’t bothered to help us find another home at all, they don’t care. When we were moving in, they gave us a date and then kept changing it. I would avoid them at all costs, they see you as a number and just a money bank. It’s evil to treat people in such a way
