Booking viewings was straight forward, we were contacted when one property was taken off the market and contacted again when it was put back on. The viewings with Corrine were friendly. If there was something that Corrine didn’t have the answer to she relayed it to the office who contacted us later on with the answers.

After a few bumps in the road after our original purchase fell through a week after I gave birth (very stressful times!), the team were extremely supportive throughout, we can't thank you enough. Ilene Strydom has been absolutely fantastic beyond words! I was getting close to my mortgage expiry date and it was her that informed the sellers of this date resulting in their decision to move in with family so that our purchase could complete on time. Ilene has also put forward the completion date to the sellers which I had been eagerly waiting for. She is always there via phone or email with the upmost professionalism and kind words. You should be very proud of her, she is an asset to your team! :)

Mark was our tour guide, immediately treated us with a friendly presence, welcomed us and really took the time and effort to show us around and speak to us. Mark is a very nice person and we didn’t feel at any point our answers weren’t answered or even rushed us at all. Only if all advisors were just like Mark thank you for meeting us.
