GoogleThoroughly disappointed with these estate agents and their conduct in dealing with myself. I am trying to get on the property ladder and they have been nothing but a hindrance in this. As for the £60 "administration" fee they received it may as well have been thrown in the bin. Will absolutely not be using them again or recommending to anyone!

I used smith and sons as a choice of 2 valuers whilst carrying out a refinance, indepth fair valuation with plenty of comparables to back it up. Would 100% recommend and use again given the option.
