We have had northing short of an extremely good professional service and it has filled me with confidence to buy in the future from Smith and Sons. I recently moved into an apartment managed by Smith and Sons. From the very get go, Emma Atherton the estate agent we dealt with was brilliant. Communication was great and she always responded really quickly to any queries. The application process was really straight forward and Emma kept us up dated every step of the way. I instructed Smith and Sons to carry out a Homebuyer survey on a house I was buying. The report was very thorough and it highlighted repairs needed that I wasn't aware of allowing me to negotiate a reduced purchase price. They were also happy to discuss the results of the survey prior to me receiving the written report. I would highly recommend this company if you need a detailed survey and will definetely use them in the future.
