I do not recommend this company at all, so much so i have logged a complaint with the regulator. After renting a garage from them for 10 years, never missed a payment, covid stuck and my business was decimated which severely affected my income, upon receiving the first letter i phoned the company and told them i would come to the office to pay the £444 that i owed them clearing the debt i owed to which they agreed, only for them on the day when i turned up to pay by card for them to tell me that i was not allowed to pay because the card reader was in one of the employees houses at home, even though they were NOT under any legal obligation to be closed (in fact the government guidance at the time stated that estate agents were PERMITTED to be open,) the person i spoke to refused point blank to bring the card reader to the office (again official government guidance stated estate agents were allowed to be open) and they told me if i don't pay they would instruct solicitors to collect the debt. I was standing outside there office on the phone to a very rude abrupt female telling her i am here to pay the debt as agreed and you are refusing my payment even though no law or guidance states you must be closed. Her response was "well we have chosen to stay closed and if you don't pay now then we will instruct solicitor's to collect the debt" How could i pay them (whilst standing outside there office) whilst they are refusing my payment? This rude and obstructive person and response has added to my already diminishing mental health, they made no effort to arrange to bring the card payment machine to the office stating we have chosen to stay closed event though guidance says we should be open. Avoid this company at all costs, they make up there own rules to suit themselves and don't care at all about the clients they are meant to serve. How on earth can they refuse my payment when there was no legal obligation for them to refuse my payment. They TOLD me "well pay over the phone then" but after being scammed before by making a phone payment this was not an option for me, and i could not guarantee that my phone payment would be safe or secure, how did i know that person was even a representative of that company or was keeping my data safe and was not writing down my card details for other more sinister uses, i could not see the person, nor what they were doing with my card details. A company that threatens me with a solicitor to collect a payment when i am standing outside the office waiting to pay shows they are not professional nor were following the official government guidance (which again, was that estate agents WERE PERMITTED to be open.

Dreadful experience never thought a company would treat a customer they way I have been treated never use this company in my opinion I feel they don't keep you informed of anything they say your offer has been accepted and the contracts will be drawn up and a month later if chasing them they suddenly tell you that all offers have now gone into their clients when your on the understanding your offer had been already accepted

Really unfair issuing of a parking fine. I as told by CEO Sean that if all fines were waved then the company issuing them would be out of business. Considering I showed my pass from that day that had blown from the window on to the seat this I believe was really unfair. Other contributing factors that my company pays for us to park there. We have valid permits etc!
