From start to finish Moscrops have been exceptional. Whilst there is a lot of steps to follow to ensure completion, the staff are more than supportive, and support you every step of the way. Even more so they ensured the property was spotless and ready for my exit date from my previous tenancy. They went above and beyond, looking for details I may have missed with viewing and kept me up to date with my requests. When you’re in the office it is a fun and friendly environment. Definitely put a huge smile on my face in the midst of my moving day! Thank you for all that you have done and I can gladly say I am now settled in my new home.

went after a property three people turned up on the same day and time of my appointment witch was unproffesional my application was the first in gor the property I waited Monday to Friday for a response no response heard then I ring up today and they say they given the property to someone in employment even tho im a disabled person that wrong the way this company does things I wont recommend this company to no one moscrops is bad stay clear

I have been with Moscrops nearly 25 years as a private tenant .they have always been amazing with me if anything needs fixing a phone call to the office where the lovely jan and Christine are and they are sorting it out for you right away ,Moscrops’s do property and gas safety checks regularly to check my house is safe, and smoke alarms are working ,they are very easy to talk to if you need something done . If there was 0 stars thats what i would have to score after the end of our experience with our tenancy. After moving into the property we filled in a mass of holes in the walls, had to de weed an mow a huge amount of grass and weeds in the front and back of the house, scrub the oven several times due to it being a disgrace -but we happily did this to make this house our home. I am house proud and like to have my house how i would if i owned it. After a year of living there as if we were to stay for a long time we decided to move due to unfortunate neighbours and expexting our first child. Once we left the property (absolutely spotless with all paint touched up, gardens mowed and de weeded and everything ready for someone else to move in without the landlord needing to do a thing) we expected our deposit back without question as this property was in mint condition, even with a brand new laminate down due to replacing old carpet to make our babies room nice and clean and new. Moscrops agents knew full well the property was left in brilliant condition and looked better than it did before we even moved in, however were still happy to let a greedy landlord tey and take our deposit from us as they obviously had old photos of the property and new photos of the property from our amendments as it was put up on rightmove the day we moved out. They even got a new tenant straight away with the way we left the property and still backed the landlord in sayin he was going to have to use the deposit to return the property back to how it was .... surely noone would want to put old carpet, dirty walls full of holes, a rotten oven, and hip height grass and weeds - because that is how it would need to be amended to original state. Its unfortunate that agents and landlords can take advantage of good tenants the way they did with us. Fortunately we got our deposit back in full after a series of complaints and due to the contract we held with moscrops. If anyone decides to go with any agent, as i presume they will all be as bad as eachother unfortunately, DO NOT let them take advantage of you and your hard earned money you trust them with as your deposit and fight for it back with the support of the contract you sign for the tenancy and make sure you take pictures of the way the property is when you move into it!

Any dealings with Moscrops have always been positive , the one issue I had was resolved the following day (They even bent over backwards for me when I locked myself out). I actually enjoyed popping in if it was required as it’s a lovely, friendly, family run down to earth, professional business. I have recently vacated and if they were letting properties in my new area I would 100% have stayed with them. I got a full refund of my deposit and was quite sad not to have any dealings with them again.

Mospcrops/landlord should take more interest in their properties... They have house where I live...multi dwelling foreign tenants...privet out into the road which blocks the pavement it is that high and wide... Shared entry full of black bin bags...front garden come dumping ground is full of old white goods...it is an eyesore... As long as the rent is being paid they don't care about law abiding clean neighbours.... Maybe it is time to get The Council Housing Enforcers involved to see if the house is up to code and is fact not being sub-let... There have been complaints made to Moscops but it would seem it has fallen on deaf ears... It is annoying I have to give one star...it should be minus!!!!

Likely the worst estate agent I've been dealing with so far. One house for sale visited on Sunday while estate agent was closed, called first thing on Monday morning when the agency was supposed to be opened, starting half an hour late to proposed directly the asking price. Unproffessional staff disclosing offers to everybody, asking unbelievable amount of information and documents ONLY to submuit an offer. Not a transparent process, estate agent usually dealing with <100k property, not experienced enough for larger properties. Incompetents! To avoid absolutely!!
