Horrible attitude to customers.

Called the Skitts Agency in Willenhall, asked to book me a property viewing, the agent starts with silly questions, if I know that the property is on auction I sad yes, then are you a cash buyer or do you need a mortgage - I sad I read the advert, I Know is cash only, then he asked where is the cash coming from ? Which I found that the question is not appropriate one - I told him to stop with silly questions and I need only to book me a viewing, and he dropped the phone. I rang 5 times more after that and he didn't pick up the phone. As well I rang this agency 2 times before, a lady took all my details, then she promised to find out when will be any viewings and she will call me back - but she has never turned up.

I’ve been really impressed with the service Skitts have provided me. They’ve been very helpful throughout the process from taking the pictures and compiling the advert, booking in viewings, right through to discuss the offer for my property. They always respond very quickly to emails and questions and the team are very polite and supportive. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to everyone I speak to when they tell me they’re looking at selling or buying a property.

Sam and Jordan from Skitts Bilston have been incredible in arranging a buyer for my property. Having had a negative experience being unable to find a buyer through a "national" estate agent, I was recommended Skitts through a friend who had sold their property with them. Their service could not have been any more different; they were so efficient in getting the property on the market (within two days of instruction), they provided me with a plan of action depending on the level of interest following initial marketing, kept me up-to-date with any progress, got me viewings within days, and received an offer, which was accepted within two weeks. I could not have been happier with the service provided. Don't assume "big brand/national" estate agents are better; I've learned that through going local, you are better served than being just a number!

The staff at Skitts made the whole process of selling my late father‘s property very easy, they kept me and the family informed at every step. They worked very hard on our behalf making sure that they got the best, not necessarily the highest, offer for the house. Too many agents are keen to quote high prices in order to win business, but Skitts were very realistic in their valuation and I would recommend them. Re iterating on the review to avoid these at all costs. These are Un professional and do not want to communicate. I put in an offer on a property 3 days it took for me to eventually get an answer when I told them to cancel the valuation on my own property. They then told me they would do everything they could to sell my property to secure the new property. They decided to communicate the property I was interested in purchasing had been sold by contacting one of my family members and did not ring me directly. They even told me I had to increase my offer to the asking price which I did and then told me the property had sold over the asking price. Muppet show!
