As the house was empty, I had a number of extra requirements that were provided without any fuss. Evie and Eden always responded quickly to my requests. I would recommend them.

The best assets of Skitts, Bilston are the staff. Their knowledge and professionalism are first class, the customer service is excellent, they know their business and go about it with enthusiasm but without aggressive or hard sell attitudes. This ensures that sellers and buyers feel comfortable and confident in the process during what can be a very stressful situation. We thought long and hard about using a traditional estate agent as opposed to the online route but decided that we didn’t want to do it ourselves. That decision has paid dividends as the house went up for sale on Monday and we had 3 offers by Wednesday. Everything so far has run smoothly with sensible advice and information provided. We hope and expect that this will continue over the coming weeks. Thank you Sam, Jordan and Adam.

Extremely Unprofessional and Poor Communication I was the first person to enquire about a property on Harding street as soon as it came on the market. I meet Eden Skitts estate agent for a viewing and received no response for several days. I followed up with a phone call, and they told me they were waiting for the keys from the vendor. I called again after a few more days, only to be told that the property is now being sold. No update, no call back, no chance to view, absolutely shocking service. It feels like my interest was completely ignored, and I wasn’t kept informed at all. If this is how they treat prospective buyers, I can only imagine what it’s like to sell through them. Unprofessional and disappointing.👎👎👎👎👎 Never use Skitts

Absolutely disgraceful service nearly a year on after the sale of my house , I am still being chased by skitts for outstanding fees. I have proven that the fees were deducted out of my settlement, and if the solicitor (that skitts recommend me to use) have not paid skitts there fees, then it should be taken up with the solicitor not me. This is lack of bad management, lack of communication, and laziness that they have not chased this up. Instead they are rudely insisting this is my problem and I will have to pay the fees again, and it is my responsibility to chase up the fees that is outstanding to them with my old solicitor. I have took further action and have contacted the property ombudsman with my case. To be told that yes I can see you have paid the fees, but because the solicitor did not pay us, you have to pay again, is disgraceful.
