GoogleI found these guys quite unprofessional, they listed our house in a way that I didn't like, led to our house being under valued
Agent replied · 7 June 2023
We are sorry that you were not happy with how your property was listed which is now almost 18 months ago. Your property has an adverse coal mining issue which we are obliged to highlight to any potential purchaser under consumer protection law. This is material information which must be passed to potential purchasers before they make a transactional decision. Unfortunately we do not make the laws that govern the house selling process but we are professional enough to comply with them. 'Skitts Estate Agents'
