Well, what can we say! If we could give the whole sales team at Henry Adams Selsey 50 stars, we would! They held our hand through the rough patches we experienced in selling our bungalow, (no fault of theirs, just the general public’s flippant attitude towards everything nowadays it seems!), and they supported us through to a very satisfactory conclusion. They also went above and beyond with their customer service towards us, in checking our empty property was ok after several storms, collecting post, taking meter readings for us etc etc. They really put our minds at rest whenever we had any worries or issues. We can’t recommend them highly enough! If you are looking for brilliant customer service, from a trustworthy, empathic team, you won’t go far wrong in giving Kev, Matt or Tracy a call at Henry Adams, Selsey. Never ever would I deal with this company again. Their unprofessional and completely uncaring attitude throughout my dealings with them has left a very bitter taste. I have never dealt with such difficult agents who have showed not one iota of decent customer service. I am just so saddened and disappointed. Please don’t respond HA I’m really not interested in anything you have to say.

I would like to praise and recommend HENRY ADAMS STORRINGTON LETTINGS. Alex Bush especially was extremely helpful from the onset, explaining procedures and helping with any queries we had. He made us feel confident that we would find a letting which would enable us to sell our house. Alex made the process easy to understand and kept us informed of progress at all times. He was a delight to deal with and I would highly recommend Alex at Henry Adams if you wish to rent.

We initially dealt with Alex from the Storrington branch, he was exactly what you would hope for, very polite and courteous, and he had a good knowledge of the property, landlord and surrounding area. Alex was more than happy to answer our endless questions during the process and kept us informed on the progress of our application. An utterly nice young man. We have also met and spoken to a number of other members of the team including Emma and James who have helped us with questions and some requests for permission which they have facilitated with the landlord. The polite and friendly disposition is shared by the whole team. I would recommend Henry Adams to anyone, landlord or tenant, buyer or seller, you will be in safe hands.

GoogleLeah was fantastic at chasing up the bottom of our chain, where we had considerable difficulties not related to our sale at all. She persisted, kept us and our buyer well informed and I think worked hard with estate agents and solicitors throughout the chain. Without her persistence we would not have got our sale!

This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever encountered in my life, they're a nightmare. their activities and tendency to collude with landlords to rip you off your holding deposit runs against the acts of the UK paliaments, I can give you several tenants identities they have ripped off, a searchlight needs to be conducted into their activities if the labour government which we voted for will survive in their plans for housing in that axis.

I recently purchased a property through Henry Adams in Selsey, given it was a leasehold flat and the management company was not helpful, I have to say a big thank you to the team, but especially to Kevin for his patience, tenacity and professionalism throughout. He went that extra mile to do everything possible for what turned out to be a difficult and lengthy process which would have been so much simpler had the management company been more proactive and communicative. So a big thank you, Selsey, I’d love you to see what I’ve done to the place. And specially to Kevin.

I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property. I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D

Henry Adams, and in particular Lesley-Anne, were extremely helpful in finding us a rental for my elderly parents. Communication was good and once a property had been decided on the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Their 6 month rental is now up so we have once again asked Lesley-Anne to help find us a new property.
