They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Moving into my rental property through Henry Adams estate agency was a breeze. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed at every step of the process. GoogleWe have recently been dealing with an agent from Henry Adams ( Jade Hill ) right from our initial viewing of the property which was conducted by her and through to our application for tenancy of the property. Jade has been so incredibly helpful, informative in the kindest way and has a great deal of patience ! We found her service to be impeccable and highly efficient and she showed a great deal of empathy with her friendly disposition; all has gone smoothly thanks to her professional expertise and organisation. We definitely owe her a huge vote of thanks for her superb service and we are deeply appreciative to have had such an excellent experience delivered with such genuine care and proficiency. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit.

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful. This could have been a very stressful time for us as we have a slightly unique financial situation but he made us feel so optimistic, and helped at every opportunity. He was an absolute delight to speak to and I honestly don't think there is anything he could have done to make this a smoother process, completely stand out service. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful correspondence and overall cheerful manner throughout, sending us properties and keeping us in mind. We are over the moon with the property we have finalised on. I have no doubt Alex will go far within the company and deserves all the best. We had a great experience with Henry Adams when renting a property, Alex Bush at the Storrington branch was friendly, approachable and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. Henry Adams in general felt very different to the norm with letting agents who usually couldn't care less and just build up as many random fees as possible. We even got a cute little welcome box with some treats in and a card which I felt was a lovely touch. Our experience was a breeze from start to finish and we would definitely use Henry Adams again.
