GoogleFantastic experience with the Property Specialists. Not often that you can say that, but honestly could not fault the guys at the Property Specialists. They couldn't have been more helpful, responsive and friendly. Special thanks to Jay, Samuel & David for their help. Would 100% recommend and I would only use the Property Specialists for any further business. Not worth considering anyone else.

GoogleWe have no words to describe David and his team, they are all very professional and friendly. After almost 4 years renting thru them, sadly we had to relocate and they’ve been very understanding and helpful, and thru all the duration of our stay there they’ve been amazing. We want to take this opportunity to thank you guys again and wish you all the best.

GoogleBest estate agents in Billericay. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selling our property and buying a new one. They gave excellent advice and were always on hand to answer any queries or call us straight back, and they did always call back. We felt they were very supportive and would highly recommend. In particular, Jay and Dave were superb!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Property Specialists. They are an independent estate agent in Billericay and are absolutely second to none. …

GoogleThe property Specialists no doubt comprises a team of outstanding professionals who are dedicated to seeing customers are happy and satisfied. Might be unfair to mention specific names as everyone appears to be onboard with the standards of the company. The process of renting a property through them is a fantastic experience. Communication is top notch and you can perceive synergy amongst the staff who are willing to provide answers to all questions till you are satisfied. I am so pleased with every aspect of dealing with them so far. They are highly recommended.

GoogleI was recommended the Property Specialists by someone who had used them and it was the best recommendation I've ever had. Jay and David are professional, never failed to return a call, kept everything on track and even helped with the removal company through their personal contacts. They were an oasis of calm during an extremely stressful time for me personally. And even now we have moved they are still helping with contacts for professionals to sort out the problems in my new home. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Thanks guys.

FacebookAfter a bad experience with another estate agent, I was recommended the Property Specialists through a friend and I’m so glad I took their recommendation as these guys have been superb throughout the whole sale process of my property- I was appointed Jay as my estate agent and from start to finish his communications and updates to me were brilliant and there was never a delay in any queries I had or updates I requested. Selling a property can be a very stressful process and the Property Specialists made things a lot easier with their approach to how they work! Would highly recommend.
We bought our house from them 10 years ago and they were good then. The owner was straight up no nonsense unlike some of the others I dealt with. We were pleased with them all went smoothly and we are still happy in the house.

GoogleAs we have not moved house for 25 years we were very nervous sellers. David and his team were excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way and answered all queries we had promptly. David really went the extra mile to ensure a smooth, swift conclusion. Highly recommended

GoogleDavid and Jay have been professional, helpful and respectful. In fact, they are everything that estate agents should be. In a profession that is full of unhelpful and unethical people The Property Specialists stand out as being the complete opposite. I would happily use their services again, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a company who are prepared to go the extra mile in terms of customer service.

GoogleThe Property Specialist have been marvellous. Especially David who was always on hand to help us with any queries we had, and the best thing is it took just 7weeks for everything to go through. Happy Days. Never had such good service when buying and selling before.

GoogleA complete sham of a company, Jay made many promises in the vendors behalf during negotiations and then failed to deliver on any of them. All they are interested in is pushing the sale through and collecting their fee. Would never recommend the property specialists

GoogleWe moved house back in May 2022 using The Property Specialist. We were lucky enough to buy and sell through the same agent. They were professional from the start, liaised well between us all and constantly kept us informed. Being local I would pop in for updates and Jay, David and Samual could always answer my questions. They worked well with the solicitors meaning my wife and I could leave it in there capable hands. Would 100% recommend and use again. Very impressed with this local business. Thanks guys!
