The whole team were fantastic to deal with and nothing was to much trouble, Jay, David and Fiona were prompt with any requests we had and kept us informed at all times. GoogleDavid, Jay and the team were all very professional, helpful and friendly. The photos taken of the property were great and we had an offer on the property within a few weeks in a very subdued market. They kept us updated and were always available for any questions we had. We would recommend Property Specialist for anyone needing their services in the Billericay and surrounding area.

GoogleDavid McCarthy the owner of The Property Specialists is one of a kind! Having been involved in the Estate Agency business myself for over 15 years and knowing the difficulties that can arise in this field - I chose The Property Specialists to register with and find my forever home! David, Jay and the team were 100% professional and communication being key was excellent. David’s knowledge and commitment is wide spread across Billericay and the surrounding areas - this makes this Estate Agency the best in the area! Having dealt with every Agency in the area - I found David’s to be the very best - no stone unturned and fully in touch with the local community and very well recommended by many. That in itself speaks volumes. David assisted with my daughters house purchase a few years ago, and again recently with myself - finding the home that was ticking all the boxes for what we were looking for and above all the location which was key for our purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending The Property Specialists - David and his team as the best Agents to register with for Sales and Purchasing in Billericay High St - a friendly team with lovely warm inviting offices that appreciate their clients! Don’t look any further - just use The Property Specialists! Thank you David, Jay and the team for helping us settle in Billericay. Laraine and Mick 👍🍾

GoogleThe Property Specialists were recommended to me by a friend as she has used them countless times in the past and they have always come up trumps. For various reasons our sale was challenging and Jay and David were supportive and professional throughout the whole process. They take your sale very personally, unlike large chain agents. Their communication with us, our solicitors etc was faultless. They literally went above and beyond the call of duty for us! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

If you are thinking of buying or selling a property in the Billericay or surrounding areas, we couldn't recommend David and his team highly enough.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property for the second time through The Property Specialists. As before, Jay was our main point of contact. Jay is very easy to deal with, an ideal combination of friendliness and professionalism. He was always quick to respond to any enquiries or requests and constantly kept us updated with any progress. I would not hesitate to recommend The Property Specialists.

GoogleDavid and team are top notch. Fantastic local knowledge and huge depth of experience - always available to give you advice, listen to concerns and provide reassurance! You just need to follow David’s advice and you will sell your house. What impressed me most however was the service provided after we accepted an offer. Jay went above and beyond in chasing everyone up, keeping our buyers happy and making sure the process went smoothly. He was always very responsive and always called back or provided an update when he said he would. Our buyers (who were using a different agent) even commented to us that our agents were far more responsive and helpful than the one they were using! A huge thank you to David, Jay and team.

GoogleJay, David and the team were incredible! Not only did they manage to sell our house 3 Times over at a really difficult time, they managed to move the entire chain along with great speed given our mortgage deadline! Without them Chasing solicitors, other agents, sellers and buyers… We would not been in our dream home right now. Their communication, customer service and advice was second to none and were by far the best agents in the chain. The Property Specialists are the best around. Would not use or recommend anyone else. Thanks guys!

GoogleThe Property Specialists were fantastic. They take every phone call or if not available always phone back. They were great at guiding us through the whole house selling experience. Very professional in their approach and honestly nothing is too much bother for them. In my opinion I don’t think any estate agent in Billericay could beat them. If you are thinking of selling they are definitely the estate agents to put your house on the market with. Thank you so much David and Jay, we couldn’t have sold without you. Linda and John Ferns

GoogleI recently completed my move to Billericay with The Property Specialists, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received. Jay and David, supported by Fiona, were exceptional throughout what turned out to be quite a complex move due to the nature of the freehold and provided many challenges for the buyer and seller. They provided clear guidance, found solutions to every challenge, and supported me at every step of the process. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment ensured a smooth and successful sale. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Property Specialists to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, they truly go above and beyond and all very very personable. Matt

GoogleSo pleased we changed our Estate Agents to The Property Specialists, we had a couple of bad experiences with other agents who shall remain nameless. But the Property Specialists have been professional and honest with us from day one, they have kept us informed and chased everyone involved on our behalf when necessary. David and Jay are are so helpful and couldn’t have done any more for us throughout our sale. We would publicly like to thank Jay who supervised our sale, for his hard work and patience throughout the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend anyone selling their property to contact them first.

GoogleMy parents-in-law recently purchased a property through The Property Specialist. From the moment we met Jay we had a rapport with him. We found Jay to be polite, friendly, approachable and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept on top of the whole move and was on the front foot at all times chasing up the solicitors without us even asking him. I would highly recommend selling through The Property Specialist, David and his whole team were always helpful and friendly whenever I called or popped in and Jay was not there. Thank you for easing the stress of moving aged parents-in-law.
