GoogleI was in need of a property quickly and the advert was on right move and had only been up for 40 mins. I called for a viewing. I was offered a viewing the same day just a couple hours away. I agreed. I was able to see a finished/ furnished …

GoogleOur first move after 46 years of living in the same house, and we could not have done it without the immense help and advice given to us by David and Jay at The Property Specialists. Their guidance through the whole sale process was invaluable, matched only by their professionalism and constant support through to completion. High praise indeed - but so well deserved!

GoogleI would like to thank David, Jay and the team at the Property Specialists for their help with a recent purchase and sale. I feel they went well above and beyond in what ended up being a fairly complex couple of transactions. They came up with solutions and provided assurances along the way. I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed at least twice without their help, intervention, and expertise. In comparison to the agent responsible for the sale (a large national estate agent) the service and level of competence were miles apart. Moving house can very stressful and certainly was for us. I suspect you mostly really see the true quality of your estate agent when there are bumps in the road. Thanks again guys.

GoogleWhere do we start with The Property specialists!!!!!! ......... This was our first ever house purchase so to have Property specialists being our first and only experience with estate agents we were very lucky , there was never any pressure , Jay was always communicating and on hand at any time to answer any worries or questions we had ... we honestly felt like the only clients that they were working with as the constant help, guidance and communication was second to none . From the first meeting with Jay not only did we love the house but at no point did we feel pressured or rushed in our viewing or purchase , Jay was so professional and if he could not answer our questions he would go out of his way to let us know as soon as he did , property specialists were also able to recommend a solicitor to make the whole experience from start to finish stress free and always professional.. We will not be looking to move anytime soon however if we did I’m not sure we would find the service that property specialists provided us with .... they are a brilliant team and we can’t thank them enough .......Frank and Family.

GoogleDavid and his team are fantastic. I would highly recommend using The Property Specialists. We originally rented our property then went on to sell it with The Property Specialists. Both the rental and sales teams were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. There was always a fast response if we had a question or problem, the team were always friendly and ready to help. We can’t thank them enough for looking after our house so well while it was being rented and for doing their absolute best for us once it was on the market.

GoogleA first class experience with Jay from this Company. Nothing too much trouble for him; no question unanswered and no task left waiting. He made our purchase sleek and was across all angles of the sales chain. A joy to work with and worth every one of the five stars.

GoogleThe Property Specialists have been great. They’ve taken a process that was quite complicated and made it simple. I’ve been considerably impressed by their friendliness and communication. Obviously they are very knowledgeable in their trade and area but I think, for me at least, their commitment to understanding their clients has been first rate. I should also mention that they don’t hang about. Of course some processes take longer than others, but there’s no waste of time or energy.

GoogleWe recently used The Property Specialists to find a tenant for us: their dedication and going way above and beyond what we expected was fantastic, and the speed in which they dealt with our case was amazing, the flat was only empty for a week. Very professional and friendly. Thank you all.

GoogleWe initially asked Property Specialists to sell our Mums house in Billericay, which is after all their home turf. They promised a fast response and an ability to get a credible offer. They achieved both is super fast time, and by time, I mean in only a matter of a few days the house was on the market and an offer accepted after only 2 days of viewing activity. The second house was in Ingatestone, a very different prospect and this time not on home ground for Property Specialists, but based on our positive Billericay experience we gave them to job. Once again they had the house on the market in a matter of days, and we ended up with several offers from a variety of buyers - families, builders and entrepreneurs. With Property Specialists you get the whole Team working 24/7 to get the right buyer for you - David and Jay are a seamless professional house selling machine - they leave no brick unturned in finding you the right buyer. I know this all seems to be 'too' good to be true, but this is our honest opinion after having partnered with Property Specialists to sell our two Mum's homes. They preformed way beyond our expectations. We would strongly recommend David and Jay to any one who wants to sell their property. You get what you see - a fast, a professional and totally committed selling capability.

GoogleWow Property Specialist were amazing from start to finish, Jay and the team we’re so good and on top of their game from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like to much trouble. We have now sold our family home and brought our next home both with Property Specialist. If we did ever want to move again in the future I would be going straight to Jay and the Property Specialist team. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you again team we’re so excited about our new project

GoogleOutstanding! From the first time meeting David I knew that I would be selling our home through The property Specialists. We then had the pleasure of meeting Jay, and viewed a property we fell in love with. All systems go... Jay and David went above and beyond in dealing with this transaction, as it wasn’t as straight forward as usual due to one of the sellers living abroad. Jay was at the end of the phone whenever I called or emailed, even during lockdown, nothing was too much trouble and they helped to take some of the stress away by dealing with things efficiently. We are now finally in our forever home (I say that, maybe one more move) thanks to The Property Specialists. I can not recommend them enough for all your moving needs. If I do move again, I will 100% be using The a property Specialists again. Jay you were amazing! And I thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for helping making this happen. Matt & Kellie

GoogleWell what can I say? David and Jay were first class. They were friendly, informative and professional throughout. They made what can be a stressful time so much easier. They were always on the ball with everything, nothing was too much trouble and they really did provide a first class service. The Property Specialists is the only estate agent I would use and recommend.

GoogleDavid and his team are first class professionals with the personal touch. From the first visit to take details and photographs to day of completion, I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis. Particular mention has to go to Jay Alexander, Senior Negotiator, who was always on hand to explain what was happening, and provided the voice of reason and calmness when things didn't always go to plan. I would definitely recommend the Property Specialists without reservation

GoogleAmazing service has been provided by David and his team at The Property Specialists, we cannot recommend them enough. Very professional throughout the sale of our home, we received frequent updates, allowing us to relax through the process. The photos done the property justice and we sold within a week of being on the market, with a substantial amount of viewings arranged prior to settling on the price we wanted. Will use them again in the future.

We will be highly recommending The Property Specialists to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for us. Thanks again David, Jay and the team, you’ve all been brilliant. ( if I could give them more stars I would!).

GoogleDavid and his team really are quite different to most other agents. The service was first class.
