GoogleThe Property Specialists are the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Having sold two properties and bought a third recently, two of which were with Property Specialists we could not recommend them highly enough. Jay specifically you won’t find an estate agent who actually goes above and beyond what their supposed to do like we have experienced. After two sales having fallen through with other estate agents, The Property Specialists totally understood our situation overcame every issue and gave every bit of information possible at every part of the transaction. Honest advice steer clear of the big chains and get a personable experience with a small team who are brilliant at what they do. They sold our property in Hutton and we bought a place through them in Billericay.
Thanks for everything.

GoogleHaving just sold our house through The Property Specialists I can’t recommend them highly enough . They were on the ball at all times , always contactable and really went the extra mile for us . We never felt unsupported and they made the stressful business of buying and selling houses as smooth as possible for us . We would never use another estate agent now . 5 star service from the beginning of the process to the end .

GoogleWhat can I say! I have moved house many times and have never received such a 5 star service like the one I received at The Property Services. One of agents went absolutely out of his way to help get my elderly parents house move over the line and through to completion, even sending me an email that I needed at 5.30 in the morning. I have been so impressed with the whole service from start to finish and would never use anyone else other than them again if I ever move. Thank you so much

GoogleMy and my partner purchased our first property via The Property Specialists and from start to finish were absolutely amazing.
From my initial viewings with Samuel and than being guided through the rest of the purchase by Jay they were nothing but great. Every question was answered immediately, correspondence was great and they help out with requests when our solicitors couldn't get answer.
Cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleI really can't recommend The Property Specialists in billericay enough! I had a long protracted house sale and they were always on the end of a phone, chasing and reassuring and incredibly professional. How many business owners will return your email sent at 10 pm on a weekend with a 7 am reply the next day, full of good sense and help? I wish them every success they deserve in the future with heartfelt thanks for all their work, above and beyond the call of duty.
