Kimberley Yardley, was our sales agent, whom was professional polite, courteous. Kept us informed as to the progress on the path to a good conclusion. It has been a fairly difficult sale, due to the pandemic, and also our first purchase fell through so we had to start again. Causing a slight hiccup on the process. Kim, was professional at all points on the sale of our house, and kept the estate agent of the house we were buying updated regularly. Very professional Compamy. All bells and whistles for valuation...then downhill sadly. Matthew seemed knowledgeable on the market when he recently came to value our house. A confident man...maybe to much so. Wasnt professional when speaking of other estate agents came across cocky. Wasnt flexible at all on the fee, we wasnt asking the earth but it would have shown a level of compromise to us as a individual and not just another house to sell. Felt pushed when he called back after i said i would take time to consider...our house wasnt market ready at the time. Apparently he had 2 potential couples lined up on the books to view our house. I really felt is was a blag to get me to instruct. Came across agressive with the lack of flexibility on the fee as well. No need for it at all. That meant a no go with haart! Now on the market with purple bricks to try and save money on commission, Not Matthews favourite we know, but in the end... Worth a punt!

I worked with the Biggin Hill branch to sell my house back in Feb 2016, and the overall service was excellent. I was under severe pressure to sell the property for full asking price due to a matrimonial split, and Haart were very accommodating to my situation. Haart didn’t try to over sell their services or feed me the nonsense you sometimes get with some less reputable agencies. Their brochures are excellent and the team were friendly to deal with, and very responsive when they needed to be. Highly recommended.
