GoogleWe are purchasing a property through Haart and have had the pleasure of liaising Kim throughout the process. It’s been a rollercoaster experience and Kim has always been available not just for help regards the purchase but emotional support as well. We were updated regularly and Kim always thought to call us and let us know what was going on, often when our own estate agents hadn’t. She is a credit to the industry and it’s a shame other estate agents are not as proactive as Haart have been.

GoogleHearts Estate Agents in Biggin Hill set the standard for customer service. They are second to none. From the beginning we were given Rolls Royce Service. Nothing was too much trouble. Deborah consistently went out of her way to help us and was a real friend when we needed one. The process of buying and selling is extremely stressful but Deborah provided the personal touch. Mathew also gave us some really sound advice which helped us enormously. Altogether this team are exceptional and we have no hesitation in strongly recommending them. GoogleI cannot put into words how helpful, professional and hard working the staff are at Biggin Hill Haart Estate Agents. From the initial valuation with Matt, I had 100% confidence in him and his team. We were not the easiest sale to manage but they treated us like their no:1 clients from the get go. Matt and Deborah have exceeded all expectations, so much so that we referred them to a friend who is currently in the Sales process and has also been extremely happy with the service provided. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Their professionalism shines through with the quality of viewings and now we are under offer within a week.
