The team all worked together to get me the best result and I always felt like they had the same agenda as me- even working late to fit in with my schedule. The team work so hard for you and are personable with it too. They talk to you as a real person and genuinely care about your wants and needs which is so refreshing in such a competitive market. GoogleThank you so much Chancellors for helping us find a perfect property to rent in Bicester. They have some of the best properties in the market. We had been looking for a house for so long and had also dealt with some other agencies - but they are in no way as efficient and helpful and professional as the agents in Chancellors. Huge thanks to Ms Heidi Wattam in Chancellors - she is very lovely, patient and professional. She helped us with the many houses viewing, explained the process of renting, answered any questions that we had and was very efficient with the paperwork and referencing. It is such a great news to hear from her about the application for renting one of their properties is being accepted the same day we went to view the house and we absolutely adored it.
Massive recommendation for anyone who wants to rent properties in the UK.

FacebookVery dishonest and unprofessional letting agents - possibly the worst of all. They have no clue what they are doing. Being a landlord for 10 years, I have never seen anyone like them and would definitely avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately, I had to learn it the hard way which costed me 2 months rent and loss of personal time chasing rent arrears from a tenant all because of their fault which they agreed to but gone back on it and denied to pay the losses.

FacebookI have genuinely never encountered such bad customer service. Once an offer accepted they literally don't care about their clients. They don't keep in contact or chase up the buyers and they hand you over to a separate office so noone seems to know what's going on.

From the very beginning Chancellors were extremely professional, considerate & supportive. We dealt mainly with Adam Sayers who has been an absolute star! FacebookAbsolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service.
Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do.
Plz plz plz do not deal with this company.
You will regret your decision for ever

I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had.
