FacebookI rent a flat via Chancellors and I have not seen people more UNPROFESSIONAL in my whole life. They only care about taking your money at the beginning of the process and making up ridiculous excuses to keep the money of your deposit at the end. NEVER AGAIN!
Exactly our experience too. I would never ever deal with this estate agent again. Absolutely disgraceful the way they treat tenants.

GoogleI completed a 5 house build in North Bicester and employed a mainstream property agent to take care of the sale. Even though they had exclusivity after 6 months of marketing their net respnce was the properties need to be dropping in price by as much as 30% as they felt it was over-priced. So I decided to employ Chancellors. Meeting Vinny he explained (without hard selling) their approach and marketing strategy. He also adviced that the prices set where very fair and should not be changed. Being cautious I thought I should trial them for a few months. Within a few weeks I accepted an offer and very close to the asking price shortly followed by a 2nd propety. I've read the other reveiws on this site and those that have given 1 star performance I fail to understand how they can give such poor marks. I have had weekly updates, SMS appointment booking, feedback and face to face meetings and not at anytime did they waiver from their objective and never did I feel that they where giving 100% towards selling these properties. I'm hoping to secure a second site in Bicester and will not hesitate on meeting with them again to discuss further marketing strategies for up and coming developments. Well done to Vinny and his excellent team and keep up the great work.

GoogleI have received an absolutely terrible service from Chancellors Bicester. They did not adequately keep me informed with what was going on & when I lost confidence in them, they refused to release me from the contract I signed. In dealing with me they have (in my opinion) breached numerous codes of conduct & I strongly recommend anyone to think twice before using them. I have had a terrible experience with Chancellors which I would not want anyone else to experience

FacebookAs a contractor working with Chancellors has been great the refurbishment dept and property managers are friendly and helpful. Casey Gramson and Elysia Phillips have been fantastic to work with. They help greatly to get jobs completed, relaying information to Landlords and tenants.

GoogleWe are very happy with Chancellors Bicester letting team for their professional services rendered so far. Thanks Ms Heidi Wattam who spent almost the whole Saturday afternoon answering many enquiries and handling my letting case. Really appreciate her attitude and efficiency. Furthermore, thanks Ms Kayleigh Hearn for her great services, introducing a variety of suitable houses and arranging viewings just the 2next day after we first met. This is a great letting team with excellent customer services!

Facebookwith advice asking us to market our house at over 30k less than value, plus a lack of competence, we regret ever signing up with Chancellors. waiting for the contract to end so we can go with more competent estate agents.

Facebookabsolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.

GoogleWe put our property on the market on Friday, by the Wednesday it was gone!! A 6 day turnaround is a true reflection of the commitment & personal grasp that Vinny Kumar at the Bicester branch had on this sale. The HD pictures were no sooner on the market before a buyer put an offer in & it was gone!! We are very happy with the way things have turned out & can highly recommend the services of Chancellors - Well done guys! JF

Annie Walsh The lettings Manager at the Bicester office, has worked hard to re-assure us along the way. She is flexible, professional and sensitive to the needs of both the prospective tenant and the landlord and has a natural ability to put people at ease. GoogleI can't praise the Bicester team highly enough - Vinny, Joseph and John have been incredibly helpful, pleasant, supportive and above all, professional. I have received regular contact with the team and feedback has been honest and upfront. I like the way they have respected my privacy - which is difficult when your house is on the market, and they have been very kind in considering the pets. The advice I have been given on marketing the property and the sale has been excellent, they talked me though it all. Again, I can't praise them highly enough. The team are so nice I shall miss the phone calls. I can highly recommend Chancellors in Bicester.

GoogleI wanted to write this review not as a tenant but as an applicant for a suitable prospective property. I registered with Chancellors earlier this year with a view to moving back to Bicester and gave a list to Laura and Annie of very exacting standards and requirements and also requested that I be contacted with immediate effect if anything should come on their books matching my needs. I was indeed contacted immediately that a potentially suitable property became available and made to feel like a priority customer. I would highly recommend this company/branch and Annie/Laura for their attention to detail and restoring my ever decreasing faith in Estate Agents. Good service is close to my heart and hard to come by so thank you and well done!
