GoogleThey say moving home is one of the most stressful events in life, but luckily for us, The Property Cloud totally relieved this stress! We lost our 1st buyer, but within days it had been resold at a higher price. The Property Cloud were there night & day to answer any of our questions & to put our minds at ease when any issues arose. We'd never use anyone else & will recommend to everyone!

GoogleAsked for the cost of selling my property, and was told Aaron would call me back. This was over two weeks ago and I’m still waiting.

I had previously replied to this review when it was written, however, it appears Google has removed it since we made updates to our google profile. That being said, from memory, there was no record of receiving this call, however we were using an out of hours and over flow call company, and so it is possible that the message just never made it to me. We have since improved our systems to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.

GoogleI did purchase property trough this property agency and it was bad experience as i discovered broken entrance door, and nobody helped saying it wasn't like that. Feel abused.

I had previously replied to this review when it was written, however, it appears Google has removed it since we made updates to our google profile. In my original reply to Mr Ahmeds review, it was made clear that we were not aware of the broken door and advised that we are only the selling agents, we were never living at the property, however directed Mr Ahmed to his solicitor in order to make a legal complaint via the solicitors. I personally helped Mr Ahmed as much as I legally could and even contacted the previous owners, who suggested that the door wasn't broken. There was very little more I could do at this point and explained this to Mr Ahmed. It's worth adding that up to this point, Mr Ahmed was delighted with our service and personally thanked me for helping him throughout the transaction. Aaron.

GoogleWould highly recommend this estate agent to family and friends. Very professional and outstanding personal service from start till end. Done a great job with the brochure. Was able to quickly arrange an open house day with lots of viewings. Kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and was always available to answer our questions.

I had previously replied to this review when it was written, however, it appears Google has removed it since we made updates to our google profile. At the moment this review was written, properties were selling very fast, almost as quickly as they were being listed due to the stamp duty savings. This was explained to Janice, and we invited her to register her details in order for us to keep her updated with properties that match her criteria when they become available or to follow us on social media, as we post our new properties there before they land on Rightmove or Zoopla. We never received a reply.
