10 stars. I have been renting via Property Cloud for 3 years now and I can only say that these guys have changed my perception of the real estate agencies 180 degrees. Especially Aaron and Pam, they put in every effort 24/7 to make sure the tenants are happy, safe and welcomed home in the property they manage. Having had a bad experience previously where I even lost my deposit, with Peperty Cloud I have always felt like a normal person and mainly - taken care of tenant. Goes both ways, if you apply your common sense and take care of a property that is not yours but is trusted to you, then that's what you get back: nice, respectful and grown up attitude. I am ever grateful for this positive experience. Highly recommended! And if you want to be dealing with real, genuine people who are not trying to turn your pockets inside out, then that's them.

This is our second time using the property cloud and it has again been a great experience with them. Jessica is very thorough when explaining everything. She let us know what was going on at every step and whenever we called her she didn’t make us feel like a hinderance. We were also in contact with Aaron at some stages and he is just awesome and will try and help in anyway he can. Definitely recommend. From start to finish they were always helpful and supportive. We were one of Aaron’s first vendors back in 2014 when he first started out. We were a bit sceptical with online estate agency then as it was a pretty new thing to the market. Aaron proved it was the way forward straight away and we felt straight at ease with how everything went. I couldn’t recommend him enough back then due to problems we had with another estate agent it was very refreshing. My parents and a number of family Friends went on to sell through Aaron based on my experience and recommendation. I had no hesitation on who I wanted to sell my property with when the time came round and here we are again :) The comments we have received regarding the online marketing were fantastic. Our neighbours house a few doors down was on the market at the same time which looked a mess. Aaron comes round for an initial viewing and lets you know what he thinks needs to be done/changed/moved in order to get the best pictures and result possible for you. Any ordinary estate agent would just take the pictures put it on the market with no thought as it’s just another property. I had so many people ask me what fee we were paying. So many people just go on what the fee they will pay is but it’s not just about that. It’s about the overall service/package and sometimes the cheapest agent can actually be the most expensive because they tend to sell the property for less due to bad marketing/communication. 5 years on and Aaron and his team are still going above and beyond anyone’s expectations and this is why I would not use any other estate agent 🙌🏼

Aaron Kirk and his team at The Property Cloud offer a far superior Estate Agent experience - so modern and with the times. Their communication and standards are in another league. They communicate honestly and sincerely, there's no 'winging it'. They really know their business and audience and their methods are up to date. I had a particularly careless and difficult experience with another agency prior to working with The Property Cloud and they were sensitive to my situation. Their due diligence was faultless and I was kept informed the whole time - it was a water tight agent/client relationship. Aaron was like a running mate, at no point did I feel alone or doubt his word. His attention to my file, think-through, preempting, follow through and professional guidance was so accurate and intuitive. He really listens and hears you, always makes time for you, loves his work, great at his job and is unflappable - everything you need when you are dealing with the stress of buying/selling. Everything with the property cloud has been made to feel easy and hassle free, highlighted by offer accepted to completion in 8 weeks. Every question has been provided an adequate response first time of asking and if this could not be achievedwe have been responded to in a more than pleasing timeframe with a satisfactory response. Communication flows has been extremely easy especially with the use of WhatsApp. The service provided by Amy initially when showing us around the home was great, and the follow up visit with Aaron was just as pleasing. The communication level combined with the informal approach to the service provided, helped us feel at ease and made the property purchase hassle free. Firstly, its worth noting what a really nice genuine guy Aaron is. If you want a down to earth, non pushy estate agent, then here you have one. Also to dispel another myth, you don't need a big high street agency to sell your house. Aaron advertised mine and arranged an open day the week later. It was then sold within days. He handled everything super professionally and acted as a sounding board when needed. His fees are more than competitive and you get that personal 121 experience, not usually associated to selling houses. I couldn't recommend him and his team more highly and you should have no hesitation in seeing this for yourself.

I highly recommend The Property Cloud. Their approach is innovative and refreshing. The relaxed demeanour and presentation of the agent made the whole process less “sales pitch” orientated unlike other estate agents we sought quotes from.
