I had previously replied to this review when it was written, however, it appears Google has removed it since we made updates to our google profile. When cannot find any records of dealing with a Ray Hammond on our system however invited Mr Hammond to please tell us what we could have done differently to achieve a 5 star rating from him and we have never received a reply.
