Luke (the partner who we met at a viewing) possessed an encyclopedic knowledge of the vendor's property, which is reassuring for anyone who might be thinking of appointing The Property Cloud to sell a house or flat. From our perspective as a potential purchaser, it was refreshing to meet someone who had obviously done their homework beforehand, and was able to both anticipate and answer all our questions. We also thought that Luke's prior valuation of the property was spot-on, which made a change from previous viewings where - although the property was worth seeing - it was obviously overpriced.
