This was my first experience of selling a property and I was extremely impressed by Aaron, Amy and the rest of the team. I initially consulted with a number of estate agents for valuations and found the property cloud to be the best in terms of their presentation, information provided and sales strategy. Everything was explained clearly and the information pack provided was extremely detailed. It had a very nice personal touch which was lacking from other estate agents. I was also very impressed with the presentation of the property during the sales process. In particular the use of YouTube to advertise the property which really did bring the property and the surroundings area to life. The viewings process went extremely smoothly and I greatly appreciated the level of vetting that was carried out on potential buyers in order for me to make an informed decision. It was clear from the outset and throughout that the property cloud want to get the perfect buyer for your circumstances. I also appreciated that the circumstances of each potential buyer were explained clearly. I was also very impressed with the assistance provided by the property cloud once the sale was agreed. They were always available on WhatsApp and did everything in their power to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. I felt the use of WhatsApp also opened a clear channel of communication between seller and buyer ensuring all parties knew what stage the sale was at and what was subsequently needed to push things forward. I could not recommend them any higher. They were excellent

Wow! What a journey… selling the home we had lived in for 40 years & relocating was a daunting process. Aaron & his team were very professional, honest & we genuinely believe they wanted the best outcome for us. Our house was presented & advertised well, ensuring we had the best chance of achieving a sale at a price we were happy with. It took us a very long time to find our forwarding home & as a result, we lost our buyers (several times) Aaron was extremely patient with us, got us back on the market & achieved a sale again & again. Thoroughly recommend Aaron and the Property Cloud team. His help and support selling our mum’s family home of almost 50 years, after she passed away last year, was beyond amazing. Compassionate, patient and did all he could despite a huge set back with the first sale that was beyond our control. Both times the property was marketed with a fantastic video, he was able to secure a buyer within 1-2 days of the open day and worked tirelessly with buyers and their solicitors to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. So we are 100% satisfied. From marketing to completion was just over 3 months which actually is really quick considering we had so many hurdles thrown at us. The use of WhatsApp is absolutely integral. I really appreciated that I could ask a question at any time and you'd get back in a prompt manner. You was also excellent at chasing the solicitors ensuring that progress continued along nicely and also liased nicely with the other vendor. In terms of marketing for the property the pictures were absolutely excellent as was the video. It really made the flat look amazing and clearly your checks on your clients are better as we instantly got a buyer, we got him to a good price and he stuck with the purchase where other agents seriously failed us. I think the secure sale service is an excellent concept too it's nice to tie people in because ensures your buyers and sellers are serious. So thank you very much. Given the location of our home we always thought we would struggle to sell, but we needn't have worried as they got so many people through the door and we had accepted an offer within 48 hours of the open day!
