Extremely disappointed with my conversation with the senior branch manager after raising concerns with the survey that highlighted ground stability issues. After disregarding my concerns, he questioned my integrity when I informed him that I have spoken to the company that carried out the survey personally. I found his entire attitude arrogant and unprofessional and I would think twice to make any more enquiries with this branch.

Worst Experience ever. offer was accepted 5 weeks ago and still no communications within solicitor and yet to receive a draft contract. want to speak to a manager and said manager not available and will receive a call back. really pathetic service
