GoogleI'd give it zero stars if I could. Please anyone considering using them do look elsewhere. Massively over charge in every aspect of the process. Which I could understand if the service was outstanding but it's far far from it. Eventually the lack of communication between themselves, 3rd party partners, and buyer cost me the sale falling through, whilst refusing to accept it was anything to do with them. I could go on and on but at the end of the day, just a terrible service and people looking to sell should seriously reconsider as it'll save you a lot of time and hassle and money.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This is overrated agency! I was a tenant in a flat and when my agreement was about to finish they where trying to get money for everything they could! My advice is to get insurance for the property you are about to rent!

When a tenant leaves a property, if there are dilapidations or damage to the property over and above fair wear and tear, the landlord may request that the cost of these repairs be deducted from the tenant's deposit. Wards act as an intermediary in this respect and relay this information to the tenant. Wards are not responsible for deciding how much is requested. Having reviewed your file we note that you were not in disagreement over the repairs that were sought. Wards have a duty not only to the landlords of the properties that we manage but also to the tenants in situ and we apologise if you have been unhappy with your experience.
