Scott and the other members of staff could not have been more helpful and went far beyond what is expected of an estate agent, helping my father on numerous occasions throughout the process. Could not recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I purchased our house via the Bexley branch. My advice would be check what information you get verbally and follow up with your solicitor to make sure that information is correct. Our experience has cost us considerable amount of money and leave us with a bad taste. For that reason I would find it difficult to recommend Robinson Jackson.

GoogleI had given a good review initially as the initial paper works are carried out efficiently by them. But once you start living as a tenant in the property, the property management team is terrible. You will keep on chasing them weeks and months for any maintenance as if you don't have any other work and there would be hardly any good response.

Very poor . I have deal with an agent called Linna . We has sent back all the information she requested to put down an offer . Then no response at all ! We are much appreciated if they can just let us know the property is gone instead of wasting our time to wait and chase. Unprofessional!

Made an offer on a house and agreed the sale via Robinson Jackson and they went dead for a week before telling us a property developer who had “seen the property before” made a substantially bigger offer and basically said tough luck bye! No way do we believe they didn’t show the house after an agreed sale.

Am utterly sick of these deceitful people.Accepted an offer as told buyers had a mortgage offer. Months later they still have no offer and am in limbo. Every contact brings a reply from them that is always falsely optimistic. Wish I had never gone there.Still, guess what I am saying is “acted as one would expect for estate agents”

GoogleExcellent service from everyone I dealt with on the Robinson Jackson Team. They kept me fully informed and assisted with the viewings which due to living some distance away we couldn't manage. They were not the cheapest but their quote was competitive and the family were comforted by how many properties others had also entrusted to them to sell. Highly recommended!
