Disappointed. It felt like they were working to get my buyer the best deal. I was advised to go along with whatever demands the buyer wanted or “I’d lose the sale” despite selling my house in 8 days. They were £8,000 under the asking price and Scott advised to accept with “no further reductions” ...but was then on the phone trying to get more money off For the buyer....reluctantly accepted and, once again, told by Scott that if they didn’t complete before the end of January, the further reduction wouldn’t apply.....when i pointed this out to Tony after the January deadline had passed, I was called “petty” and that I’d lose the sale.Just a long drawn out horrible experience. Can’t fault Anthony, he seemed to be the only one that listened and made sense. And hate to say or think this...but i was left feeling that if I wasn’t a single woman, they wouldn’t have spoken or dealt with me like they did. Over £5000 commission, I did most of the viewings and all that above.

I completed on a purchase with RJ Welling last week. I must say that the whole experience with Robinson Jackson Welling from start to end has been fantastic. Scott showed us the property initially & he didn't try any pointless sales spiel - nice guy. Scott handled our offer & got back to me in good time & from that point onwards, it was mostly managed by Tony Hodges, who was very thorough & informative & constantly kept us up-to-date throughout. I found at no stage did I need to chase anyone at RJ. We also used their in-house Mortgage Advisor Caroline (who is brilliant) & her colleague Gary for Life Insurance+Mortgage Protection (who is also brilliant). I phoned the branch directly a few of times & also spoke to other RJ staff & they were always friendly & helpful & always passed on my messages. Overall I would recommend them, friendly team & just seem like an organised branch. I have dealt with other RJ branches in the past & generally have had good experience where applicable.

Not good enough to warrant the commission charges !

5 Stars to Tracey in the progress department, THANK YOU for all your help and understanding with our sale, you were fantastic particularly when things got very frustrating. Keep up the good work, you are an asset to Robinson Jackson.If I was giving a rating for Robinson Jackson in general it would be a 2 Star rating, without Tracey I would have withdrawn the sale. I don’t believe we were given the best advice regarding our Buyer, and feel the commission we paid was too high regarding the service we received, I could have done the same myself. The house we was selling was chain free, empty, freehold and in a good location. We have sold two previous properties through Robinson Jackson and was happy with the service, hence returning, we also used the Solicitors they work alongside of, who proved to be inadequate, to the point we had to have the Solicitor working on our sale replaced with another! The Solicitor our Buyer used was also appalling, maybe it’s Solictors in general. At one point I received an email at 10.45 PM on a Friday night stating something regarding the property which caused me not to sleep, and being a Friday could not talk to anyone until the Monday! I never did receive an explanation as to why this was sent at 10.45 pm.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague! Renting from them and they never send anyone for any problems. The last straw was today!! We have ONE toilet in the house between 3 adults, and the flush has broken, so we have no working toilet in our house! We called up Robinson Jackson and they didn't see this as an emergency and will be sending someone "probably" a day later. NO working toilet and it's not an emergency?? And get this... their solution? "Use a bucket" - I kid you not, the person at the branch suggested we use a bloody bucket as the toilet! I will be taking this matter to a higher authority, but this is just absolutely unacceptable!!

We have been using Robinson Jackson’s Property Management service for quite some time. This year has been rather troublesome with tenants staying in our property after a Section 21 notice was served and failing to pay rent. Despite this we never felt anxious or worried and that was all thanks to the hard work and the reassuring communications of the management team. The whole team are very competent, including Wendy, but we would like to particularly point out for praise Stephanie who this year we have mainly been dealing with. She has been efficient at organising and getting jobs done quickly, has a fantastic phone manner and you are left feeling that your property is in a safe pair of hands. This was particularly useful last week when we were out of the country as she diligently dealt with the process of house maintenance issues and preparatory work to enable the new tenants to move in. We are extremely thankful that we have this team working with us!

The Welling branch were absolutely fantastic from start to finish during the sale process of our house. We initially went with an Online Agent and after a month of no viewings and no advice on what to do next apart from to keep reducing the price. At this point we got in contact with Tony, who came around to value the house and told us how Robinson Jackson would market the house and what service they offered. We were then left to decide on what we wanted to do next and never pressured. We decided to proceed and our house was quickly on the market with viewings starting to be booked. Once we had received some offers, the sales team worked to get the best possible price for us before we accepted an offer. We then got a dedicated Sales Progressor (Sue), who was fantastic. Nothing was ever a problem and we kept up to date through the whole process. When our sale looked like it may fall through, Sue didn't give up and made sure our sale progressed through to completion. It's this sort of service which makes the stress of selling a house so much easier. The service we received is exactly why High Street Estate Agents will continue to be superior to Online Agents, there was no comparison. It has been a pleasure using Robinson Jackson to sell our house and I am convinced had we used any other agent we wouldn't have got to where we are now.

Absolute cowboys - Don't care about you as a customer - Just after maximum income they can make

Absolute cowboys - Accepted my offer on a property and just when I filed mortgage application and set everything in motion with lender, solicitor and others involved, these dudes came back asking to up the offer amount, not once, not twice but thrice till I decided to pull out of the deal. They clearly don't and wont represent your interest and all they care about is the max return they make on a sale. It's my first property and these sharks just tried to kill my dream of buying a dream home... their loss as other options have now come up. I have always heard several bad stories about sales/letting agents and this first time experience has just confirmed everything I hear about them. Wish I looked on here before even venturing into this whole sad ending rubbish. I know not to deal with Robinson Jackson in the near or distance future.

Fantastic service, from start to finish at the Bexley Road, Erith branch. We decided to sell our Shared ownership property, and Garry and Dexter, sold the property within 3 days!! Much to our amazement as we were on a time limit with our onward purchase, they delivered on everything they said on the valuation. They vetted the buyer spot on to make sure they could proceed. It was then handed, to Jane Wilkinson, who chased the solicitors, Orbit, everyone, until completion. She held my hand right through our first property sale. Fantastic service, and I highly recommend them. They delivered the service, professionalism, and efficiency we needed to get the deal done. 5 Star!!!

Avoid this agency at all costs

Avoid this agency at all costs. They seem eager to please at first but the minute you're tied in they will cause you hours of stress and misery. We were told numerous lies at and following the viewing - whatever it took to get us interested. None of the cleaning/work previously discussed was done before the move in date and it has been like pulling teeth to get anything done ever since. Like some other reviewers we spent hours doing this work ourselves as a result. Staff seem completely uninterested in the welfare of tenants or the condition of the property.

Totally time wasting!!!I stoped my work and went to see 1 of the house they are selling,l did like it and same day l dropped offer and they accepted my offer;it was Friday afternoon...they asked my paperwork’s and solicitor letters etc...but it was weekend and l got contacted with solicitor on Monday morning and get it ready mortgage letters and bank statements...but guess what??They called Tuesday morning and said;l was late and someone gave better then my offer and they have to cancel it???is that joke...???If you want more money why did you accept my offer??If you accept it why are you trying get more offers??TOTALY TIME WASTERS Sorry...

After signing up to Purple Bricks to sell our house which they failed to do we decided to use high street estate agent. R.J sold our property within 4 weeks of it being on the market. Good communication throughout the sale and onto exchange of contracts.. Only reason haven't given them 5 stars is the amount of money they charge but did get a fixed fee instead of a percentage and they were cheaper due to this than other local estate agents in the area.

I wanted to sell a property with Robinson Jackson. I used their website contact form to request a valuation, but no one called back. The next day I phoned their office, and arranged a date and time for the valuation. I received a call on the morning of the appointment to confirm the details, but the person didn't show up, and I never heard from them again. I didn't bother trying to contact them again. There's plenty of other estate agents who provide much better customer service.

Absolutely awful, warning to everyone thinking of renting with Robinsona md JAckson-DONT!

Rented a property in Greenhithe through RJ, was meant to be unfurnished but when I turned up to the property it was still furnished with dirty washing still in the washing machine and dirty toiletries in the bathroom, I was promised the property would be professionally cleaned including the carpets, it most certainly was not clean, after the flat was finally emptied I was told it would be cleaned. I was then told it was cleaned but yet the carpets had not been hoovered, there was cobwebs everywhere, the skirting was still dusty. Marks on the walls, the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and the windows were awful, the cooker and fridge were also awful. After taking time off work and getting friends round to help clean it looked better, I paid for the walls to be painted. Then a year later was told I had to be out as the landlady was selling up and the new buyers were buying the place to live in and not rent out! I struggled and worried to find somewhere else for me and my little boy. A few days before I was due to move out my ironing board collapsed and left an iron mark in the corner of the room on the floor, I contacted my home insurance who agreed to replace all the carpet, however I was told by RJ that the landlady wanted £465 for the carpet. I explained I had contents insurance ( this is something they ordered I have and that I could not move in without it) but they were useless and didn't care. The landlady is now trying to claim nearly £1000! Yesterday I went to collect my post from the old address only to find out from the new tenants that it is actually being rented out!! So RJ completely lied to get me out despite me being an excellent tenant and paying rent on time every month. They also showed me that the carpets were new everywhere so they were trying to claim new carpets for the whole flat rather then just the front room (which is absolutely tiny) Do not trust RObinson Jackson at all,they just take the money but absolutely no care for their tenants, do not believe in doing what's right. awful.
