GoogleI'd recommend avoiding them. They don't care for the tenants at all, rented us a house with all sorts of problems and left it to us to fix them. Very hard to get in touch with them and when we do they are mostly unprofessional and instead of taking responsibility they blame it on anyone else.

GoogleEnormously impressive so far. I got rid of my previous managing agent for my London flat as I found them unresponsive, expensive and almost obstructive. Coopers have been an absolute breath of fresh air - swift, friendly, client focused and at a very reasonable cost. My only regret is not switching to them long ago.

GoogleAs a new landlady Simon and the Coopers team helped me with my first letting and I was so impressed that I bought my second flat and arranged its letting through them too. They offer a friendly and reliable service which I have been very happy with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleSimon really worked hard to help me complete my purchase after previous property fell though, he was very helpful and was happy to show me property multiple times. Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding estate which also helped as I was first time buyer. I'd happily deal with Coopers Lettings again.
