GoogleI have had such a lovely experience with renting from Coopers Lettings. They have accepted me very warmly as a student, and thanks to them I spent 4 wonderful years in a greatly located property in London. Simon is a very kind Landlord and keeps a good and polite communication with his tenants. It was never a trouble to come and help us with small or bigger flat- related problems. I am very grateful for my time in their rental! I highly recommend Coopers Lettings :)

GoogleCoopers Lettings is a trustworthy and reliable family run agency. Simon was always helpful and responsive whenever there was an issue with the house, and he was open to discussing anything we needed. At times, it was a bit difficult to reach them via WhatsApp, but we could always call and Simon would respond. Overall, we’re really happy with the experience and appreciate their support throughout our tenancy.

GoogleAbsolutely incredible experience. As a third year student looking for a flat for myself and two others, we were prepared to slum it and make do, but Coopers Lettings really gave us a taste of what renting should be like. All throughout our tenancy it was beyond simple to get in touch and ask any questions, and we’d rarely wait more than an hour, let alone a day, for a response. I can never recommend Coopers enough. 🫶🫶

Our landlord respected our privacy, returned our deposit in good time and was helpful when we needed support with any issues with the flat. The flat was newly refurbished at the start of our tenancy and was nicely finished. Was a really nice home to live in for 2.5 years.

GoogleI’ve recently started renting my new home through Coopers and am very pleased with the service they provided from the get-go. When I went for the initial viewing, I was greeted by Simon who was very friendly and told us lots about the area and property itself. Once my offer was accepted, the contractual agreement and financial details were sent through very quickly and I had no problems at all. I would just say it was a little difficult to get in touch with the office as the phone number online doesn’t seem to dial through to the office and at times I’d wait a day or 2 for a response to my email. That being said, once the time came around to collect my keys - I was running late to arrive but Simon was very accommodating and reassured me that he would still be there when I arrived as he was doing the inventory check in the meantime. He checked through the flat very thoroughly, in lots of detail and explained step by step what he had written and observed to ensure that I agreed. He also then sent through a copy to me the next day. All in all, a very positive and stress-free experience and would definitely recommend letting through Coopers to anyone looking!

GoogleWe have moved in to a Coopers lettings apartment and so far very good, Simon showed us around and the viewing didn't feel rushed, we were able to properly view and ask questions, he knew the block and area well so this was helpful. The finance and forms side of things was swift and quite painless, Melanie was really helpful when I had questions ahead of the move. We were delayed getting to pick up the keys and this was managed brilliantly and they were really flexible; taking the stress out of the situation. The apartment has quickly become home & hopefully we'll be here a good while.

GoogleJust stay away from this company, especially the flats on Wellington Avenue, Stephanie House. I had the worst possible experience. In short, when I moved out of the flat, they deducted £500 from my deposit for cleaning (I left the flat cleaner than when I moved in) and for pest control because of my dog (my dog never had any signs of pests, nor did the flat). I asked for the invoices for everything they spent my deposit on, and when I received them a month later, I found out they were fake, using fake cleaning companies, fake phone numbers... I had to go to Mydeposit Disputes to get my money back. Just avoid all this stress, and stay away from these landlords.

GoogleSimon from Coopers Lettings found us the perfect 2-bed room apartment back in 2010. We stayed there for almost 7 years before we moved out after purchasing our first home. Thank you Simon for finding us the perfect 2-bed apartment with stunning views of the London skyline and with an excellent landlord who made the whole 6.5 year renting experience painless and stress-free. Thank you Simon for all the support, advise and helping us out. Thanks to you and our very good landlord, we didn't experience any of the London rental nightmare stories that I've heard from friends and colleagues. GoogleI would highly recommend Coopers Lettings to anyone for accommodation, Steve and Simon are very Professional, Considerate, Friendly, and Helpful. I moved into one of their flats on Erebus Drive West Thamesmead in 2010 and for 7 years, they have been brilliant. I would like to personally thank Steve and Simon from Cooper Lettings agents for making our 7 years stay in their flat stress free. Always going the extra mile in making us happy. We moved out of the property simply because we moved out of London or else we would still be living in the property. Well done guys!

GoogleSimon managed the marketing and sale of our property in London. It was shared ownership property. We found Simon to be professional and proactive in all areas of our sale. He got a valid customer and advised us throughout the process. The sale was a very difficult one due to many factors. However at every point Simon was able to provide a sound resolution. Without his help, advice and support we may not have financially survived this process. A competent and dedicated agent, who does work hard for his client.

GoogleI highly recommend Coopers Lettings. Each one of their team members has been highly professional, very responsive, and extremely friendly. Probably one of the rare honest & competent estate agents around! In my opinion, the manager Simon is the most knowledgeable expert for the Woolwich area (where I purchased). Very reasonably priced as well, and despite that, they still offer nice "extras", recommendations and advice even on topics that are not directly related to the rental.

GoogleCooper's lettings is very reliable and very easy to deal with. My siblings and I found their service very swift and hassle free. We had minimal issues whatsoever over time we spent living in our flat in Erebus Drive (which we enjoyed very much). Simon and Steve were very friendly and helpful always. I would definitely recommend Cooper's Lettings to anyone and will be happy to rent with them again!

GoogleI Have recently completed a tenancy with which was initiated by Coopers. From start to finish they were the most consummate and professional of letting agency. Everything was dealt with speed and efficiecy, most notably, viewings for us and for new tenants. We were always kept fully in the loop with the progress of both letting and the ending of our tenancy. We simply cannot rate or recommend them highly enough.

Sometimes a bit slow in the reply, but overall a very good experience and satisfied with Coopers Letting. We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.

GoogleThey are a fraud, beware! Someone called Simon Courtney took my holding deposit and blocked my phone on the day of agreed checkin preventing me to check in at all! Had to file a police complaint!
