I think it took too long to find tenants .
Dear Mr Dhaliwal, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with how long it took to find tenants for your property. Having had a chance to look in to this, I have learned that the property was marketed before necessary repairs were carried out, as per your instructions, which effected the decisions of the initial 10 viewings that took place. However, once these works were completed we successfully secured a holding deposit within a matter of days.We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and as always for your many years of custom with us.
