Hi Eilidh, Really sorry to see your above comments. I can see from our system that you lived in one of our managed properties back in 2013 - may I ask what is it that has caused you to feel this way about our company?

Good afternoon. Whilst we appreciate that you are frustrated with the nature of your viewing, it was unfortunate that the seller of the business you are interested in had issues at the very last minute with scheduling a suitable amount of time to discuss your questions. They were apologetic and offered to arrange another suitable time for your visit, however, our attempts to contact you to make these arrangements have failed.I’m sure you can appreciate that this was completely out of our hands and the questions you have regarding the business for sale should be answered by the business owners themselves. We hope you understand that we had done everything we could have as an agent to make sure an appointment was made that’s suitable for all parties concerned, however, we are reliant on the cooperation of the sellers. We hope to hear from you soon to rearrange the appointment, if you are still interested in the business.
