I've just completed a complex purchase through Fox & Sons Rottingdean, and could not be happier with the service. Alex in particular was conscientious about keeping me up-to-date throughout, and reassured the vendors that the finance would come through in time for their own purchase deadline. The other staff, in particular Alison, were warm and very helpful. And when I got the keys yesterday, it was very touching to find the vendors had left me a lovely card wishing me happiness in the flat, and two bottles of wine to celebrate!Thanks, Alex, you were ace!

We received exceptional service from Fox & Sons. Our agent Yushin was brilliant. He found some really nice properties matching our criteria that we hadn’t noticed ourselves, and he booked us in to view them within a couple of days. He offered great service, info, and knowledge during the viewings and followed up quickly with answers to our questions afterwards.

I've recently started looking for a property to buy. Being neurodivergent, I have requested all correspondence be via email from all letting agents, so i can orgabise and manage a very overwhelming process. Unfortunately, Fox and Sons (brighton) seemed to have an issue with this and even so I repeatedly requested email correspondence, I was told that 'phone calls would be easier for both of us'.

GoogleI've been lucky enough to work with mortgage broker Rob Viles from Fox and Sons Bexhill. Rob has been so kind and patient in helping me to get my first mortgage- and has supported me every step of the way. He has been fantastic at answering all of my questions and talking things through with me when I was a bit lost with the process. I cant thank him enough for his help, as I felt so lost coming into this process and have ended up feeling so confident and learning so much. The whole team has also been so friendly and not at all intimidating and this was so important to me as a first time buyer. If you are looking for a mortgage advisor please check out fox and sons!

A straight forward, simple sale but everyone, particularly Eddy Tate, was very happy to answer all our questions and feedback information from the seller. Eddy went above and beyond with helping us with a question a few weeks after the purchase of our hut, which I'm sure other estate agents would have overlooked to tend to more urgent enquiries. Arranged viewing, it was raining, we got early but that’s our problem. Then a minute before the arranged time a young guy got out of the car parked right in front of us. He’s from Fox & Sons. He’s been waiting in his car whole time knowing we were waiting outside the property in the rain. He could’ve said like, sorry we can’t show till the arranged time then we’d walk back to our car and wait.

The whole team at Fox and Sons are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and they found us a buyer within weeks. Eddy and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs and look after the chain we were in. They have kept us updated every step of the way, since the house went live to the exchange and completion. Thank you! Highly recommend!

TrustpilotCrawley Branch - Zero Customer Service!
Used Fox & Sons Crawley multiple times to rent one of our properties. They sent us a bill for lettings shortly after a new Tennent arrived which was incorrect and we naturally requested an accurate invoice. Silence for several weeks until we got a letter from a debt collector!! Wowser! We then spent time chasing unanswered calls and emails. The answer from the lettings team at Fox & Son Crawley was "it's nothing to do with us". Clearly it was everything to do with the Crawley branch as they can not do simple addition. No response from branch manager either - as expected. Would not recommend and will avoid in future!!

4 months to move into an empty, chain-free property seems pretty fascicle but it wouldve been a hell of a lot longer had it not been for Curtis and his colleagues at Fox and Sons, Hastings. I had 6 months to port my mortgage or it wouldve doubled and my property wouldve been unaffordable. It was two certificates holding back the sell. My solicitors were hopeless, the sellers solicitors were just as bad but thankfully Curtis said if this isnt sorted within 24 hours Max is pulling out. 12 minutes later the certificates would be there in the morning and 12 hours later we were good to go. I get they want their cut, but I hear so many stories about estate agents taking their eye off the ball, and the buyer left chasing, thankfully that wasnt the case with Fox and Sons. I had to pay my solicitors £2,500, shouldve given it to these guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tried to underhandedly go behind my agents back to the client telling them we are bad buyers and he should sell through them even though our offer had been accepted and put a for sale board up over our sold sign .. really really bad business practice

Shocked! They booked a viewing for a property that had already been taking from them to go to auction. They said they thought they could still sell it… spoke to Auction house who had told them 4 hours before that they could only show as an auction viewing. When I aired my distaste the response? “Oh well”UPDATE….Viewed a property, made an offer then ghosted!I remember Mann and Co in the 90’s and thought nobody could ever make them look professional….. Fox do!UPDATE PTIIwe put your offer forward having know your selling position for a week (2 actually!) they only want first time buyers…. Why didn’t you tell us? Pathetic is not strong enough!UPDATE IIISorry it appears non chain means something else…. However I digress. Having assured me yesterday that they had removed ALL my details having read the above their resident psychic remembered my number and they phoned in an attempt to bully me to take this down. I have tried to shield specifics but now it is the BEXHILL office the manager who is premier Liar is on the website and therefore easy to find. I am awaiting a call from the NAEA to lodge an official complaint but again reiterate stay away from these…..::::.
