They are rude and speak to you like you're an idiot, if anything breaks in the property you have to constantly chase them just for them to turn around and say: "We thought it got fixed"! They come for inspection and you tell them something has broken and they say oh yes we'll send somebody to have a look, that's where it ends. The boiler has broken down and instead of fixing it they ask us if we can leave it on all year and pay the gas and electricity bill for it on top of the standard one!! That's just wrong at every level. In February with all the storms we had two pieces of fences cane down, several months later nothing has been done about it! It's ridiculous and we'll never use their services again!!

I had the worst experience of my life dealing with them. I've been renting for 3 years in the Uk and nothing really happened in regards to my application and my referencing. however, my experience with Linley and Simpson turned out to be the worst nightmare. I wanted to move from 1 bed to two-bedroom apartment and told my current agency that I want to end my contract earlier (If that's possible) otherwise I'll just pay them for the extra1 one month, so in that case, I will pay two apartments for 1 month. I was very clear about it to my agency and they were perfectly ok with it. So, I found a two-bedroom apartment and applied for it, the agent (linley and Simpson) said that they preferred my application and liked it and wanted to move further with it, so after I've paid the holding deposit they send me the acceptance letter saying they were aiming for me to move in my June the 15th and that it's subjected to referencing. They took a WHOLE MONTH to process my referencing and rejected me to move in just 4 days ahead of the move-in date saying the landlord is not happy with the two contracts overlapping , this happened even after my current agency called them and explained them the situation. They made me wait the whole month just to say they can't give me the apartment that too during the time when it was extremely important for me to move as soon as possible for various reasons related to my work traveling and family (need extra space). I'm beyond furious over the fact that the agent was extremely RUDE and wasn't helpful at all. it was a nightmare dealing with him. I would never ever recommend going with them...

GoogleYou don’t even deserve 1* rating. Especially the manager Jamie. So arrogant and not willing to help. All i asked them was co be able to contact my landlord. The law says i can but the manager says i can’t. So he must be stronger than the law. Also my friend wanted to move in after i leave the house. Made an offer and the landlord accepted after 3 weeks of discussions. Paid the deposit and filled the forms. Been 6 weeks and still waiting for referencing checks. They haven’t got a clue what they doing. Staff are rude and miserable. People and companies like that shouldn’t do business. Also passed my complaint to the property ombudsman service
