If I could give less than 1 star I would.Absolutely awful service, First of all I moved into my flat which was guaranteed parking and I did not get parking until 7 months into my tendency which we had on going problems with. So many problems with this company. Another issue was when we left the property which we left cleaner than when we moved in as we had to clean all the mould from all over the property when we moved in we got charged £150 for cleaning and when I said we would like to provide our own cleaning this was denied as they want to get as much money of you as possible. £150 for cleaning is just unheard of especially when the property was clean. Also the invoice sent from Linley and simpson was from a cleaning company that cannot be found online and is not registered to the address they gave. This is for the leeds city centre office and Matt has really not been helpful. I would advice nobody to use this letting company they will do everything they can to get money out of you even if you for nothing. The worst letting experience I have had an I have been renting for 4 years.

Whole experience with dealing with Linley and Simpson was easy and the steps well explained.My only gripe is the house was filthy and some jobs that were supposed to be done before moving in are still waiting to be done although bath tap replace very quickly after reporting it faulty.
We're sorry to hear that the property wasn't clean and works are still outstanding. Hopefully all issues will be resolved soon and you can enjoy your new home.

Good service , fast response to questions and obtaining quotes. We found Stephen Quickfall good to deal with, he is very efficient which takes a lot of the stress away from being a landlord.
