I am a landlord all I can say is anyone renting there property use a professional letting agents. Not Lindley and Simpson. Messages don’t get passed on,don’t email you back,don’t call you back. Ok for them taking 10%charges for commission and other charges. If they can’t handle the property’s they should not be in business. I was far better when they found me a client and I looked after the property. Their after care is atrocious.

But they don't forget to send spam to my inbox though. Have emailed twice about current property I'm interested in. Not a peep. Don't believe me? Try for yourself. And don't get me started on their video tours that NEVER work. Very discouraging and poor.
